- Comfortable double sofa bed great for two adults. When there is a booking for 2 persons only the double bed is prepared. If you want to sleep separated and you also want the sofa bed prepared we need to know at the booking time and it has a cost of 30€.

Location:
The GetInRome Vaticano apartments are located in a strategic point, a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican, just a few minutes away from Castel S. Angelo and the splendid Spanish Steps. Stain is not absolutely necessary.
The apartments are just a stone's throw from the Ottaviano Metro stop, with which you can reach easily and in a very short time the other important poles of the city. (Colosseum, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Circus Maximus etc.).

Just some info that may be important for you:
Most major tourist destinations, like Rome, have regulations that govern private room or apartment renting. Basically any room or apartment that rents space without respecting these regulations is not legal.
Those who aren’t authorized to be renting their properties are surely incapable or unwilling to abide by other laws that are all connected.

Why should you care?
Booking an illegal rental puts you at risk of being stranded without a place to stay if a property owner is forced to comply with the law and removes their rental from the market.

Safety. Hosts who circumvent the rental permit process are also less likely to follow regulations. If you don’t care about the law and preventing disasters, you really don’t care much about the people they might happen to.
At check in it is requested a city tax of 6 euros per person per day by the City Of Roma to pay in cash at check in.

Personal House Rules:

Normal check-in is from 4pm tp 7pm
For late arrival it must be requested and there is a cost according to the arrival time.

If the booking is for 2 persons and it is requested also the sofa bed, there is a cost of 30 euros.

Illegal activities and the download of illegal files are not allowed in the apartment.
