    Trastevere es conocido por sus calles encantadoras, edificios coloridos y fantásticos restaurantes, permitiéndote experimentar el auténtico estilo de vida romano. El apartamento está situado en la famosa Piazza di San Calisto, una de las ubicaciones más solicitadas de la zona, conocida por su atmósfera animada y vibrante vida nocturna.

    Su ubicación estratégica te permitirá explorar muchas atracciones turísticas que están a solo unos pasos de distancia.

    El apartamento se distribuye en dos plantas, ofreciendo amplio espacio para hasta 8 huéspedes.

    En la primera planta, encontrarás una espaciosa sala de estar completa con un cómodo sofá cama, televisor inteligente de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 6. Dormitorio principal, que cuenta con una cómoda cama doble y un amplio armario para tus pertenencias.

    Dos baños - uno con ducha de obra y lavabo y el otro con lavabo e inodoro. Esta configuración es perfecta para quienes se alojen en esta planta, ya que pueden compartir los baños más fácilmente.

    La primera planta también alberga la cocina totalmente equipada, que cuenta con una máquina de café Nespresso Vertuo, hervidor, tostadora y todo lo básico que necesitas para preparar deliciosas comidas durante tu estancia. Además, se proporciona una lavadora completamente nueva para tu comodidad.



    Subiendo las escaleras, encontrarás dos dormitorios dobles y un baño totalmente equipado con ducha de obra.



    El apartamento tiene vistas al patio interno privado y silencioso, lo que lo convierte en un refugio tranquilo y apacible después de tus tours diarios por la ciudad.

    Vale la pena señalar que los techos de la planta superior son un poco bajos, pero añaden una sensación acogedora e íntima a las habitaciones.

The home is very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and large. Our host was very kind and communicative. When we thought we had locked ourselves out (we had not after all) he was very helpful and quick to respond. I also can’t say enough about the location!! It is in the heart of Trastevere so you can walk everywhere and find anything you’d want here, but is still quiet at night. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

This apartment is right in the heart of Trastevere. Such a great location. Communicate with the host was great. We had a small issue that was fixed very quickly.

Fun lively location

Great location if you want to be walking distance to great restaurants and night life. Short walk to the coliseum and Vatican. Busy bustling area but quiet once inside.

Great neighborhood stay

The manager was super friendly and easy to work with. Anything we needed they helped to accommodate. The neighborhood is awesome! There is a bar and restaurant right there that draw a crowd and a town center that was fun to hangout in. It surprisingly was quiet inside the apartment even with all the crowds outside.

Great location / Great stay

The apartment is in a great location and includes plenty of space for a group of 6-8! We did not utilize the pull out couch but it is available. The only issue we experienced was that there are two coffee machines and neither one works -- this is unfortunate since the listing mentions them but aside from that, we really loved the stay. The cafe right downstairs serves coffee so we did not have to go without (and it is likely better coffee than a nespresso makes so it made a good substitute). The hosts are communicative and pleasant -- they help to book airport transfer as well which is wonderful! We would stay again!

Great location, but underwhelming hospitality

First, the location is excellent if Trastevere is what you’re looking for. It’s a great neighborhood full of interesting food and bars and gives you the feel of an older neighborhood with a lot going on at night (young 20s vibe). The photos in the listing are misleading (not inaccurate, but taken from strange angles and with extra lighting). The actual apartment is an odd layout, dark and barely furnished. Most places have enough amenities inside to feel comfortable, but this place had just the bare minimum - not enough glasses, plates, knives, etc to make the kitchen usable. There is a laundry machine, but no dryer or rack to dry clothes. It was the service we received from the company that left us most unhappy. While the place lists 4 beds (one is a sofa bed) they determined we didn’t need all the beds for the number of people we had, so they did not provide enough bedding and didn't want to correct. Both showers were broken the first day (water spraying up and not down) and required them to come out and fix. Access to good coffee was important to us. They have a fancy nespresso machine, but I suspect it's imported and pods were not available in the apartment or in any store we found. We asked the host repeatedly before being told that they were not currently available (our friend who lives in Italy says they are never available) and to use the moka pot, which did not exist. The hosts need to build more hospitality into the experience, especially at this price.
