This beautiful and spacious apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and is situated in an exceptional position, next to the beautiful church of Sant’Andrea delle Fratte, which is just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna. It has three spacious bedrooms (two with double beds and one with separate beds), a bright living room with a dining area and a sofa bed for two, an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one of which is in the room) with a bath and a shower. The apartment is furnished with taste and elegance: the parquet floors, the neutral colors of the interior and the modern options (such as TV with Internet connection) create a relaxing and comfortable environment. The area is enviable, full of shops and restaurants and close to all the places of interest in the city. This apartment will make your stay unforgettable.

Property was clean and had the amenities as described. However, one of the AC units was not inside the bedroom and the room never cooled down. The same unit would turn itself off. That may have been user error, but there was no directions with the remote that managed it. If you have heavy bags, this is tough as there is an elevator, but it is either half a floor up or down from the apartment door and it is another half floor above the foyer. Lastly, there are 2 bathrooms: one has a shower and one a bathtub. The shower is TINY. My family is tall and broad and my husband actually had to step outside of the shower to soap up during his shower. Otherwise, great location though far from nightlife if you're looking for that.

The flat is not being well maintained: the floors were dirty, the clothes washer was not functional, both toilets have mal-functioning small flush, and the light switch in the master bath was dangerous.

Amazing location

We spent two nights and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to absolutely everything. Matteo was quick to respond to our questions.The apartment was huge (we were 6 adults).Definitely worth staying here.

Beautiful Apartment in the perfect Area

We were in Rome for three nights and this apartment couldn't have been more perfect. Raffaele allowed us to check in early and made the whole process very easy. He was also very responsive with the few questions we had. We were very close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps and close enough to the Colosseum to walk. The neighborhood had lots of great restaurants to choose from and was very safe. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome location

We loved the location. Only drawback is the lack of drop off space is that it is on a narrow street with a street restaurant next door and street parking, not unusual all over Rome, but this meant dropping us and our suitcases off on the corner up the street. Grocery located around the corner which is very convenient. We would consider staying again.

We loved being in the middle of so many attractions. Multiple groceries right around the corner if you want to cook - many, many restaurants if you don’t. Very easy check-in.

Great Location

This is our second time staying and we love the location. Check in process is easy and the team is always responsive to questions or needs. The apartment has plenty of room for everyone to relax after a busy day of traveling. Apartment is showing some wear and needs a little TLC.

Aging and tired apartment but warm, relatively comfortable and the most fabulous location possible. It does need some care soon and would be nice to provide the guest with some amenities such as basic cleaning, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder.

good location and great space but needs maintenance!

The apt smelled musty, had lots of marks on walls, and mold in laundry closet ceiling, washer, shower, and running below a light fixture. Needs repainting. The refrigerator door was partially screwed to a cupboard door but was loose so pulling the door open didn't open the fridge - you needed to pull the side of the door with 2 hands to open it. Freezer was full of frost and had a broken compartment door. Sink plug didn't stop water from running out kitchen sink, and counter top had several holes in surface. Of the 6 drapes over windows, only 2 had cords to tie them open. There was a metal panel under a window in the hall that had rusted holes in it. Several eating utensils and dishes were missing, or chipped. Floor outside one bedroom had been damaged and repair wasn't good so floor boards were lifted and bouncy. A light bulb was missing in master bedroom ceiling light. Other than these maintenance issues, the place was great! We really appreciated all the space (great for our family of 6). Elevator worked. Bright open living/dining room was bigger than it looked in the photo. Fairly quiet for Rome! If the owner fixes the place up, this would be a real find. As it is I was disappointed.

Great location…great size ….property needs some TLC

The location of this property is fabulous!! Easy walking to amazing sites and fabulous food and gelato!! The condition of the property was a little disappointing! We understand it was mid-peak season and likely there are back to back bookings….but when you pay a substantial cleaning fee…you would hope for tidiness and things in good working order. A few of the issues were the fridge. The freezer compartment was very ice packed! The switch for the kitchen was not working…so we could not turn on a light. The electric kettle did not work and the drip coffee pot was very clogged and all the water would not flow through. The doors around the handles were quite dirty. Also the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms had been replaced…but with the wrong size of seat!!😳 Again …we acknowledge our stay was during a very busy time…but some of these issues are regular maintenance and when pay a cleaning/maintenance fee …we just expected a bit better!

Amazing Location

This was the perfect size for our two families, with a location within minutes of walking to the Spanish Steps (+ the Metro station there) and the Trevi Fountain. The check-in was smooth, and we were even accomadated when we asked to drop our bags off early (coming off of a cruise). The accomodations were clean and easy to use. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Worst VRBO place we’ve stayed

The only thing good about this place was location and Emanuele (the person that let us in). Where do I start- pictures not representative of apartment. The walls of the apartment hallway and master bedroom had black mold. I’m not talking about a little mold - it covered the wall. Both bathrooms had mold. It’s only a 2 bedroom not 4 bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is a dining room with 2 twin beds. The 4th bedroom is the disgustingly dirty coach in family/living room. Other furniture was dirty as well like the whit chair in master. There were 5 of us staying for 5 days. They only brought 4 towels. After contacting them for 2 days we had to spend 95 euro and buy our own towels. Worst part they charged us in full when I told them about towels.

Spacious apartment in the middle of everything

Loved the location and spaciousness of this apartment -- seems like a good value for the area. Host could not have been more gracious and went out of his way to tell us about sites around Rome that are off the beaten path...much appreciated. As others have commented, apartment was a bit worn and supplies were minimal. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

Spacious, great location, and friendly management, but needs a little TLC

We had a great 3-night stay in Rome! The property is spacious and centrally located within easy walking distance of many sites, restaurants, shopping, and transportation! Checking in/out was easy and the management was very friendly. With a little attention to detail, it could be really great. A fresh coat of paint, and a new sofa and chair would really brighten up the place! The kitchen was ill-equipped for anyone who might want to do a little cooking. Pans were chipped and badly worn; glasses and dishes were dusty. Also, no dish soap, sponge, dish washing detergent, or paper towels were provided.
