Cozy just renovated design apartment located in Termini area, just few minutes walking from The Colisseum, Rione Monti and from the metro station Termini from which you can reach all the main spots in Rome. It consists in a double bedroom, a kitchenette and a large bathroom. The house has been recently refurnished and the building has the elevator. This is a NEW LISTING, you may want to check the other reviews we collected for the other propertis we manage.

Excellent.

We had such an enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning next year. Apartment was a couple of minutes walk to the colosseum, and all other main attractions were within a 30 minute walk. Lots of places to eat near by and all reasonably priced.

We had a communication issue with the agents. When booking we informed the agency we would be arriving late evening. The first agent messed up our check-in time and transferred us to the next agent that would greet us during our late arrival. Upon our arrival the second agent requested forty euros for late check-in. This was surprising as we informed the agency when booking and there was no policy at the time regarding late check-ins. The agent was unpleasant and kept complaining that he had to wait for us meanwhile requesting extra money. Overall place was ok. Location was good as it was relatively close to the colosseum.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
This was our 2nd stay in Italy - the first being Naples. This property is a bachelorette. It had high ceilings giving a sense of great space however, for two people who might need to get up in the middle of the night to read, check emails, etc., the only space left is the bathroom. Very modern apartment, tastefully done. Hated the induction stove top and there was no instruction on how to use it. The AC worked well. The shower stall has two ends to it and we think one side was broken. Couldn't use the shower head, had to use the wand for all rinsing. We were expected to take out the garbage as we left but couldn't find the bins on the street as indicated. Asked people on the street and no one had any idea. Had to leave it in the apartment. Location was good. Less than 15 minute walk to lots of restaurants and some shopping and the train station. DO NOT use Google Maps to get you from the train station to the apartment by walking because it will take you through a ghetto area where the sidewalks look like they've never been fixed after the last earth quake, which caused the total collapse of one of my suitcase wheels. Unfixable. The host was very business like and although seemed rushed, was so thankfully obliging at letting us into the apartment a couple of hours early. I would stay here again perhaps or look for a property that had laundry facilities. Local laundromat costs $18 Cdn for a full load
