The host was most gracious, the apt was just as listed, and the location was incredible. Had a wonderful Jubilee! NOTE: The 3 flights of stairs without an elevator may be difficult for some. WOULD stay there again, walked to everything!

Séjour exquis, appartement magnifique, localisation d'exception

Appartement exceptionnel par ses prestations et sa localisation. Rome est splendide, c'est vrai, mais la qualité de notre séjour aura aussi tenue à la qualité de notre logement.La procédure d'accès était parfaite, la communication avec Letizia excellente.De très délicates attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Merci encore !Semaine de pâques inoubliable, marquée par des cérémonies historiques.Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.Naturellement je recommande ce logement : allez-y les yeux fermés!

10/10 The Perfect Place

The only downside to this flat is that we couldn’t move in and live there. A perfect gem hiding in plain sight. Just steps from Vatican City, lots of restaurants and shops. A quiet reprieve from a bustling city. Everything was far beyond expectation and communication was clear and prompt. Highly recommended.

Roma get away.

First time in Rome so a bit overwhelmed. Taking a guided bike tour is a must as you cover alot of ground quickly. Flat was great, location was fantastic, right near St Peter's (300 meters). So Ideal for tourists. Vatican was amazing as one would expect, get an early small group guided tour is my advice. Particularly liked the Church of St Ignatious, Pantheon, Really the entire historic district! Dinner in the Piazza Novela for People watching and drinks. The quaint dazzling confluence of tiny streets and beautiful architecture was magnificent! Great rooftop bar for e birds eye view of the entire city can be found at Les Etoiles, near Vatican. Caio! 3 flights of stairs is a challenge. Overall fantastic, highly recommend!

Our Roman Abode

Our stay at Residenza Borgo Pio was perfect, it was central to everything Vatican and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Exploring Rome from this location could be done in any fashion. My wife and I preferred walking to get our exercise in, but also used private ubers and taxi's to cut time on reaching certain locations, especially going out to certain events, which we were in Rome for. This will forever live in our hearts as our first and most memorable time in Rome together, I wouldn't have had it any other way. We left wanting to stay, and definitely longing for the experience and wishing we could do it all over again.

Stellar apartment

We stayed a week in Letizia’s Borgo Pio apartment. We loved it! It is very comfortable, stylish, well appointed, roomy and spotless. The apartment is a perfect aesthetic marriage of the charm of antiquity and modern design. Everything you need is provided. The location is lovely, the street is quiet, but easy walking distance to many destinations.The bed is very comfortable as well. Communication with Letizia was very easy via text or WhatsApp. One note: the apartment is 3 flights up, no lift. We look forward to staying there again!

Nice and spacious

Check in process could have been better. Messaged owner and had to wait almost 30 minutes then had to call. Up three flights of narrow stairs with all our luggage. Nice clean apartment with plenty of room.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung

Der Check in war aufgrund der Schlüsselbox an der Tür sehr unkompliziert und flexibel, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wonderful visit

This apartment was wonderful! Comfortable bed, spacious, clean and welcoming. It was also close to the Vatican, which was important to us. Letizia was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely visit here again!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean. Well located. Quiet. Three sets of pretty steep stairs to get to the room though. Wasn’t a problem for us but could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues or if you aren’t able to carry suitcases up the stairs. Would definitely return.

Outstanding!

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay for our very first trip to Rome. The apartment is only a fifteen-minute walk to the Vatican and is near other attractions as well. Letizia was a very gracious host and always available to answer any questions about the apartment, and the city. It's the perfect place to stay. The steps to get up to the apartment can be a little challenging, but it is well worth it. I highly recommend booking this apartment. It is everything that is advertised. Thank you, Letizia!

Wonderful stay in idyllic location

Very clean property that was exactly as advertised: very clean, all the amenities, intentet connectivity, etc. The property was within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and the Vatican. Quick taxi to many of the other historic Roman sites. Letizia the owner was great and answered many of our questions. I would stay here again! Thank you Letizia!

Beautiful apartment in picturesque Vatican neighborhood

Lovely modern and clean apartment exactly as pictured in the posting. The apartment is on the third floor of an extremely quiet multi-family building. The apartment is one block from the entrance to the Vatican and is in a neighborhood lined with shops and lovely cafes and gelato stores. I’ve rented from multiple places in Rome and this was by far the nicest and in the best location. This apartment served us well as our home base while we toured all of Italy via the bullet train. We stayed here for 9 days in April 2023 if I book another trip to Rome I will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you Letezia

Fantastic Apartment - Amazing Stay

Letizia has a fantastic apartment!! The pictures match the place perfectly. It is very clean, roomy, and well supplied. The neighborhood is near the Vatican but it doesn't feel overly touristy. Letizia had a bottle of wine and some lovely local snacks upon our arrival which was much appreciated. The apartment was close enough to all the major sites that we were able to walk and didn't have to rely on cabs or the metro. We will definitely want to stay at Letizia's apartment again when we make a return visit to Rome. Thank you Letizia!!

Steps from St Peter’s Basilica!

Great property, great host! The apartment is excellently situated just steps from the Basilica, and about 15 mins to the Vatican museum entrance by walking. Accurate description of the apartment and amenities.

Modern, charming, and artsy!

This is a dream apartment - the decor was beautiful and the place was very spacious for a group of 4 friends. My kind of style with the bright colors and art! It had everything we needed, and it was a great location (right next to Vatican City but could still walk to other major tourist attractions). The A/C was exactly what we needed after a long day in the Italian heat. Letizia was a great host and easy to communicate with. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Cozy modern pad by Vatican

We spent four nights in this awesome place. It’s clean, modern, and the amenities are very well thought out and helpful. You’ve got to go up some steep stairs, but we actually loved the end of the day exercise jaunt after gelato. And it’s hard to beat the location right across from Vatican City. Loved it!!!!
