  • This beautiful and bright holiday apartment has recently been renovated and redecorated.

    It is located on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator.

    The apartment is composed of three bedrooms: the first one with a queen-size bed, the second room with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and the third with a two single beds. There are two bathrooms for our guests, each with a shower and one with a double bowl sink.

    Two comfortable Scandinavian-style sofas invite you to relax in the spacious living room or gather around the dining table for a meal with family and friends.

    The kitchen is small but does not lack any comfort – it is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer.

    The mix of modern, Scandinavia-inspired style and antique furniture blends perfectly, such as the large paintings in the living room complementing the crystal chandeliers.

    There is air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. Wi-Fi internet and a washing machine are also available.

We loved staying at the Trastavere apartment. Eva was outstanding, greeting us upon arrival and checkout. We also needed some help finding doctor and she very helpful and responsive.The location was amazing, near the heart of trastavere where we spent time exploring and enjoying the history, shops and incredible food. Highly recommend!Remember Rome is big so it’s about a 45 min walk to the colosseum and other attractions so we did take our fare share of Uber rides. There were 4 adults and one teen and this was the most comfortable place we stayed - lots of space to move around and 2 bathrooms. Gracie Mille!

Great place in a fun neighborhood - perfect for 4 to 6: people

Stayed here with 6 people. Communication with the property staff was perfect, and they even helped set up taxi service whenever we asked. The AC worked perfectly and was a godsend. A great place to stay!

Apartment was wonderful.... located in a great area with lots of places to eat and shop with walking distance. Slight problem with the front door locking system but management response was amazing. Overall great stay

Perfect location and space in Trastevere!

My family and I stayed in the apartment while visiting my daughter while she studying in Rome. It was a perfect location and a great space! Ewa was very helpful during the check-in process, as well as helping us with logistics to and from the property.. thank you for a wonderful stay!

This apartment and stay was perfect for our group!

The apartment was clean, bright and inviting. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath and large communal living / dining made it easy to accommodate everyone’s needs. Being close to the lively neighborhood, great restaurants and bars was a big plus.

Layover in Rome

Clean and comfortable for our group of seven. Host was very helpful and responsive, and helped us with transfers and tours, as well. Location was great. Looks a little sketchy from the street view on Google, but neighborhood was great and building was very secure.

Romac is easy to deal with. They provided good information about the apartment and neighbourhood. Apartment is close to lively area with restaurants. Also walkable distance to the Colosseum!

Overall as expected. Close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do, but far enough away from the crowds around the main tourist attractions. Several nice little coffee shops and grocers and restaurants right outside door.

Easy and Simple

Easy to enjoy. Grocery store just Nextdoor. Would recommend better towels and extra bedding. Lots of nearby restaurants. Could bump up a notch with more amenities like welcome fruit basket and flowers.

Great apartment, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in the Trastavere neighborhood. The location was on a busy street, not especially glamorous, but the apartment turned out to be quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. It was close to grocery stores, great restaurants, sights, and shopping, and not at all touristy. The VRBO staff were attentive and easy to reach. And the appliances worked great - wifi, washer, dishwasher, heating units etc. All in all a nice place.

Nice apartment in a good location

This is a wonderful location in Rome. The building looks suspect from the outside but dont let that fool you. The apartment is nice and as discribed. Just be aware that they did charge an additional "tourist tax" on top of all the other charges which was annoying.

Great place in great location.

My 2 adult children, my husband and I stayed in this perfectly located and exceptionally clean apartment on our recent trip to Rome. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we had more than enough room to spread out during our 5 day stay. Communication was lightening fast and the location couldn't be beat. Coming from NYC we walk everywhere but public transportation was easily accessible should we have wanted to use it. Highly recommended for a very clean, very comfortable place to stay in Rome.

Spacious and sunny apartment

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children had a fantastic time in Trastevere. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The 2 bathrooms are large with excellent water pressure. The 3 bedrooms are sunny, with comfortable beds. Location is excellent, a few steps from Giselda for your morning coffee and corneto. Location can’t be beaten. We highly recommend this apartment. Nathalie from ROMAC was an excellent host, personally welcoming us to the apartment.

We loved our stay!

Everything was fantastic about our stay at this beautiful apartment. The check in was smooth with a personal greeting and walk through of the apartment and all communication was prompt and friendly. The Romac team offered to help with everything and we took them up on helping arrange a driver to the airport who was timely, friendly and very entertaining! The location is fantastic and we walked everywhere in Rome during our four night stay. Highly recommend this apartment and working with Romac!

Trastevere

Romac was a great host, they were very helpful in the booking and planning of the property. The apartment is in a very good location, there is a great spot for breakfast down the street and a pharmacy and supermarket next door. The apartment was super clean and the air conditioning did its job! (90 degrees F) during our stay. The property is in walking distance to all of the attractions or easy enough to get cabs. Check in and out was very easy and Romac was a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic!

I would totally recommend this property and Romac. Awesome location. The property was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Catherine was there for us if we had any issues. She also gave advice as to where to go and what to see and how to get there. She was extremely welcoming. I would recommend this property and company to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family in Rome. Thank you for helping us to create great memories!

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. We were three couples and our toddler grandson. Having two bathrooms was very important. The apartment is bright. Even though it's on a busy street, the window shutters block the sound and light at night. The building has an elevator.The location is perfect for restaurants and stores. On our block there was a wonderful bakery/cafe, a grocery store, convenience store, and magazine stand. There are lots of bus lines on the street, so it's easy to get into the city center for sight-seeing. We could even walk to the Tiber River. It was easy to get to and from the airport (one bus and the train to FCO).The rooms are large. The beds were made up with lovely linens and a good supply of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The washing machine was tiny but really useful for our 10-day trip.When the coffee maker stopped working, it was replaced with a new one within a day. I'm very pleased with the rental company.My only disappointment is that the description says "recently renovated." It is a nice modern renovation, but starting to show its age. Don't let that stop you, just be aware!
