Overall a Good Stay, but one experience Was Disappointing
The hotel’s location was excellent, very central and easily accessible to most attractions. Check in was smooth and efficient, and the room was comfortable. It’s worth noting that the hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building, which may be a bit of a process for some guests, though manageable.
During the night, there was a recurring metallic noise that slightly disrupted sleep, but aside from that, I enjoyed my stay until breakfast.
While the breakfast was complimentary, the service unfortunately left a negative impression. The staff member present appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming. She did not make eye contact and began clearing items from the buffet even though I had just arrived. What stood out to me was that she paused to ask other guests who appeared to be local if they still wanted certain items before removing them, a courtesy I was not extended.
This inconsistent treatment was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Hospitality, especially in such a diverse city, should be inclusive and respectful to all guests, regardless of background. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to ensure a more welcoming experience for all visitors.
