A beautiful apartment located on the first floor of a four-story building.

With 153 square meters of space and eight interior windows, it remains quiet despite being in the city center.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 5 people.



The apartment is the ideal base for visiting the city’s main attractions on foot or via public transportation. The building is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL); paid parking is available at the Parcheggio Parlamento (a 7-minute walk away).



The interior layout is as follows:



- KITCHEN: kitchenette with a four-burner gas stove, conventional oven, and microwave; dishwasher; washer-dryer combo; refrigerator; American-style coffee maker; moka pot; electric kettle; and various kitchen utensils.

- DINING ROOM: wooden table and six chairs, bookshelves, and a sitting area with a coffee table and two armchairs.

- LIVING ROOM: two two-seater leather sofas and one leather armchair, smart TV. There is one step leading into this room.



- BATHROOM 1: equipped with a shower stall, sink, and toilet.



- BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with table lamps, dresser and bookcase, armchair, air cooler (Penguin).



- BEDROOM 2: double bed (1.80 x 1.90 m), single bed (0.80 x 1.90 m), desk, and closet, air cooler (Penguin).



- STUDIO: desk with chair.

- WALK-IN CLOSET.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, and five portable fans.

Independent heating.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome’s historic center, just a short walk from the Pantheon. Piazza Navona is just a few minutes’ walk away, while Piazza Venezia is 10 minutes away. The area is well-connected and serves as the ideal starting point for visiting the main attractions of the Eternal City, either comfortably on foot or via public transportation.

From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, you can reach Rome Termini Station via the Leonardo Express service. From there, you can take public transit lines 40 or 64 to the Argentina stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the apartment.



From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Roma Termini Station by regional train or shuttle bus. From there, take public transit lines 40 or 64 to the Argentina stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the apartment.



From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment via public transit lines 40 or 64, getting off at the Argentina stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the apartment.



If you’re traveling by car, you can park for a fee at the Parcheggio Parlamento (a 7-minute walk)

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
