    Great place to stay, close to everything with a bus stop very close as well. I would stay here again.

    Apartment was perfect for family of 4. The building gave us a very special experience. Lots of character. Central location. Could walk to all the must see attractions (although we took a taxi to Vatican because it was HOT). The AC worked perfectly. Don’t expect quiet. The city is noisy, and in particular the bar on the bottom floor of the building. However, other reviews mention this so we were expecting noise. I enjoyed opening the windows and taking in the sounds of the city. For us it just added to the experience.

    After a very long flight we finally arrived at the apartment and then had to wait for 1/2 an hour in hot temperatures waiting for the host to unlock the place. I told them we would be there by 14:00 and they said they would unlock the place at 14:30. We wouldn’t have had to wait if they had been there at 14:00 like I said. Then when we walked in it smelled very musty. Ok so we turned on the fans. The place didn’t feel clean. One bathroom’s trash can was full and even worse, the other bathroom had water on the floor in front of the toilet. Plus there was a lot of black mold. Ewww. The air conditioning was barely acceptable and the pillows were hard. We had two couples staying in the apartment, yet there was only one key. This presented problems when we wanted to go to different places in Rome. We always had to meet up which wasn’t always convenient. And finally, we were on an upper floor and on the last day the elevator wasn’t working. We had to carry very heavy luggage down way too many flights of stairs. I do not recommend this apartment and wouldn’t stay here again.

    Location was great for walking the city but very loud with bar downstairs and noise of sirens. Apartment was clean if a bit outdated. Odd odor in 2 of the bathrooms. Host was very accessible. It was fine.

    Location was perfect

    The location of the property was perfect! It’s absolutely charming with everything we needed for a wonderful week in Rome. Gorgeous views from each window!

    Cant beat the location, best ever in Rome! Apartment very classy and cozy. Has everythimg you need for longer or shorter stay! Gladly come back!

    Uma propriedade muito boa. Quartos espaçosos, cozinha bem equipada. Localização muito boa. Próxima das principais atracoes. A noite as vezes tem um pouco mais de ruido da rua.

    Property was exactly as presented. Great location and host. The only negative is that it is three floors above the Scholars Lounge Irish Pub (which was one of my favorite bars on the trip) that had music until 3:30 in the morning every night. We had the windows closed and fans running so it helped cover the noise. If you are a light sleeper, I would avoid. It was really nice to have a wash machine. There is a grocery store around the corner with everything you could need. If you can handle the noise, it is an amazing option.

    When we got there we were surprised to see steps that I did not see mentioned as it did say there was a lift, but in order to get to the lift you had stairs. Host met us and was very nice. Came in and very quickly pointed out locks, a/c and space and quickly left. We were not sure how the a/c actually worked we realized once alone. The back bathrooms smelled TERRIBLE and we called and were told to run water for the old pipes. Then we opened the dishwasher to wash the dirty dishes and also to do laundry and the washer and dishwasher smelled awful. I would have liked to know this prior to booking. It didn't really help. The other bathroom on other side did not have such terrible odors. Tried to contact host, took some time apparently didn't have the phone with him and sent us to the management company who were the ones that never followed up and told us to run the water but we also tried to contact our host 3 ways..cell number, email and through whatsApp. We ended up basically using 1 bathroom the entire time which is not what we booked. ALL cups we tried to use in the kitchen were dirty and we had to wash all silverware as well. Things were just not clean. Sent host at the end a question if we should take off sheets from bed, never got a reply. The place gets a 2 star for what it was and a 5 star for location hence the overall review. We stayed a total of 3 b&bs in different areas and this one is the only one we would not rebook.

    AWESOME spot in the historic center - from someone who KNOWS Rome

    I lived in Rome for 2 years and know the city like the back of my hand. This was the BEST place at which I have ever stayed in Rome. The location was perfect (5 mins to Pantheon, and if you know Rome, you know that's very close to every thing else that is important). The check in with Noemi was flawless-she was very accommodating to us. There is a nearby Carrefour grocery store that has everything you could possibly want to cook in the apartment. Speaking of the apartment, it was absolutely beautiful, had a great view, and had fantastic water pressure in all 3 bathrooms. It was a treat to have a functioning washing machine as well as dishwasher. There is a huge window that you can open in the kitchen area from which you can enjoy great views of Piazza Venezia. From Stazione Termini you only need to take the 64 or 40 bus route which deposits you at the Plebiscito stop which is right in front of the apartment. I can't say enough great things about this place - what a gem!!!
