This Penthouse apartment ("angelishouse" - unit A) is provided with a large private PANORAMIC ROOF TERRACE.
The panoramic Terrace allows guest to enjoy maglificent views of Rome' rooftops. This property is located quite in the Heart of Old Historical centre.
The lower level consists of the living/dining room with a sofa bed and kitchen area, the 1st bedroom and the 1st bathroom.
The upper level consists of the 2nd bedroom ("master"), the 2nd bathroom and accesses to the large Panoramic terrace with a wonderful view of Rome.
Even though Trastevere is a very live/busy area (mostly at night when both natives and tourists like to walk in the narrows "vicoli" characteristic of this area), the street where the property is located is one of the most quiet of the area.
Then, to improve confort (and save evergy) all the windows are also "double glasses" provided.
This property is situated at the 3rd floor (no elevator).

The terrace is also equipped with "Lanai/Veranda", table/chairs up to 6 people, gas BBQ, led "ambient" lights, reclinable arm chair, lots of plants, flowers and seasonal organic spices.

Very high quality furnishings complete the interior design:

* Flat TV (HD) in each bedroom
* Wifi
* A/C and independent heating (in each room)
* Laundry room (new washer + new professional dryer machine)
* Microwave
* Dish washer
* Authentic Wood “ancient” parquet ('300 y.o. !)

* Large Panoramic Terrace equipped with "Lanai/Veranda", table/chairs up to 6 people, gas BBQ, led "ambient" lights, reclinable arm chair, lots of plants, flowers and seasonal organic spices :)

Specifically, the "Total rental amount" is also inclusive of:

■ A basic "welcome pack" (I hope this could be useful on your arrival day) that includes hand and shower-bath soap, toilet paper, dish washer-gel).

ABOUT US: we are a family that rent our own apartment.
As a starter', before the arrival, I will send a list of suggestions for local restaurants, markets, wine bars, ice cream shops and more :)
I (or an other member of my family) will be ALWAYS available during your stay (my mobile is 24h on).
I (or an other member of my family) will personally met and help on your arrival day.

TOURIST CITY TAX (!): it costs Euro 6.00 euro per person, per night for any guests aged over 10 years old. This cost is not included in the cost (“Total rental amount”) of your stay. This municipally tax is calculated only for the first 10 nights of your stay. This tax will be paid (only by cash) upon check in.


Unpon request, and free of charge, we can also provide:

• Crib/baby cot (with special pillows for babies)
• High chair.

The host, Alessio, was amazing. Showed us around the neighborhood and made sure we had everything we needed at the beautiful location. Quiet area with much character. Great roof terrace to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Easy walk to the attractions in Rome. By far, our number one favorite place to stay in Rome thanks to our fantastic host Alessio.

We really enjoyed our stay here! First of all, Alessio was a very kind and generous host, communicating quickly and very helpful with various questions that came up during our stay. Even booked our early morning taxi for our departure! The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was stunning! Easily walkable to so many restaurants and shops, and a taxi stand just a few minutes walk. Do be aware that there are several flights of stairs to get to this apartment, but we managed even with our very heavy luggage. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful corner of Rome!

Everything was perfect, we loved the location on a quiet street and walkable to everything . we were very happy that we chose to stay in the Travestevre area . The host has very detail oriented and gave great recommendations. It was wonderful having the roof top terrace ! Because we are on the top floor there was lots of upstairs, but we knew that going in , the patio space was worth the stairs !!! Book it you won’t be disappointed !

It is a lovely apartment in a wonderful part of Rome, with its own life and attraction while being just across the Tiber (Tavere) from the famous Roman sites-sights.The apartment is well set up for visitors, with air conditioning that works for the hot days.Our host was very helpful, starting with meeting us for check in (not standard for such rentals we have found) and showing us the immediate area and taking us through the apartment’s features.

Alessio was a wonderful host and made our stay effortless. The property was lovely — clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO experience. Alessio was always available to answer questions and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us in advance.Be aware that the apartment involves quite a few stairs — up to the fourth floor, then another set to reach the master bedroom, and another to reach the terrace. It wasn’t an issue for us, but something to note if mobility is a concern.Truly a superb host and we’d stay here again without hesitation.

Relaxing stay in Trastevere

The apartment was a relaxing oasis in a great location. It was easy to take the bus or tram to sites in Rome or walk enjoy a walk along the River. Alessio was a great host. He oriented us to the neighborhood and helped us feel comfortable.

My family had great stay at Alessio's apartment. He was an excellent host. Place was neat & clean and met every need. Cold A/C in each bedroom was a must during the heatwave Rome had when we were there. We would stay there again without question.

Cozy and quite in great neighborhood

Alessio is the most organized host we have met. He provided tons of information for us ranging from Taxi advice to restaurant recommendations. The apartment had everything we needed, including a Moka pot for coffee which I discovered makes excellent coffee out (I just bought one it was so good). The best part was the location…Trastevere was very fun to come home to, with so many restaurants, cafes, live music along the river, beautiful churches and architecture. The apartment requires some stair climbing, but Alessio carried my wife’s suitcase. He also set us up with toiletries etc which lasted our whole stay. Another host on our trip did not provide anything, so this was appreciated. Overall a great stay, and I recommend this for any visit.

The Rome Experience

Great little property tucked into a quaint area. Great restrauntants located out the front door. Clean place with a great upstairs suite you can close yourself in for additional privacy. Downstairs area is tight but typical for Rome apartment. Roof top balcony is perfect for relaxation. Note the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator! It is a hike to get into! Check-in was a bit confusing but it all worked out in the end. Communication was excellent. Microwave is located in laundry which is upstairs, not in kitchen. Suggest to take bar of soap as provided soap is tiny. Beds very comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Loved the bed tucked under the stairs. Overall a pleasant experience. Thank you.

A Rome oasis

Great calm spot in travestere, within walking distance of main attractions- Pantheon, Trevi fountain , Spanish steps.Easy access to bus and taxis. Good host - provided lots of info prior to trip, met us on arrival,great flat and an absolutely brilliant roof terrace - lovely for first thing in morning or after a long day out.

A Rooftop Respite

Everything was outstanding, from location to the thought our host put into all the provided amenities. He really wants things to be right for his guests. The terrace of course was the highlight, and we were lucky enough to be there when the star jasmine were in full bloom. I would stay here again for sure!

Amazing property in an amazing location

Visited Rome with my family and couldn’t have asked for a better rental. Location was fantastic, close to all the major tourist attractions and the neighborhood was great. Tons of wonderful places to eat or hang out and Allesio provided an excellent list of shops and restaurants. The deck is an amazing place to hang out after a busy day seeing the sights.

Holiday in Rome

The property was clean, with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good sizes, with great water pressure. The kitchen had a small fridge full stove and oven and was well equipped. We could walk to most attractions in 30-50 minutes and did the French take a taxi
