  • El Trastevere Penthouse 'B' es un apartamento en el último piso con una impresionante terraza panorámica en la azotea.
    Este apartamento está situado en el corazón del centro histórico de Roma (distrito "trastevere"). El nivel inferior consta de sala de estar con cocina americana y sofá cama. El nivel superior consta de dormitorio, baño con cabina de ducha (mármol travertino) y acceso a la impresionante terraza panorámica.
    La TERRAZA DE TECHO PANORÁMICA tiene una vista MARAVILLOSA en los tejados de Roma (incluyendo St. Peter Dome).

    Comodidades: WIFI, A / C, NUEVO TV SMART 2018, satélite, reproductor de radio-CD (con bluetooth para cargar su música), lavadora, TERRAZA PANORÁMICA en el techo (equipada con mesa y sillas de madera, sillón reclinable, "Weber" Barbacoa de gas, luces ambientales led y muchas plantas, flores y especias orgánicas de temporada como albahaca, rosmarino, timo :)

    Este es un apartamento ideal para dos personas pero que también puede acomodar a 2 adultos + 1 o 2 niños.
    NOTA: en el mismo edificio, uno al lado del otro, también se encuentra el apartamento Trastevere Penthouse "unidad A" (listado # 289229: tiene capacidad para 4 + 1). Por lo tanto, también podemos acomodar grupos más grandes.

    Esta propiedad se encuentra bastante DENTRO del centro histórico "Viejo" (distrito "Trastevere"). Todos los sitios principales se encuentran a muy poca distancia a pie.

    NOTA: el nivel superior, debido a que se encuentra bastante debajo del techo, tiene un espacio libre bajo en algunas áreas (el espacio libre en el nivel superior va de 1. 70 mt a 2. 70 mt - vea fotos del interior).

    Área de Trastevere: el barrio romano más típico se encuentra justo sobre el puente del centro histórico (y eso es lo que su nombre significa, sobre el río Tevere) se puso muy de moda en los últimos veinte años, cuando las pequeñas calles y callejones típicos de este El área comenzó a albergar bares y restaurantes junto con algunas tiendas de moda que todavía se encuentran en el área. El barrio es el más animado de la ciudad y está muy concurrido los fines de semana. Al lado de las tiendas, también muy famosa la iglesia de Santa María en Trastevere, conocida como una de las iglesias cristianas más antiguas de Roma.

    Esta es una propiedad de "NO fumar" (con la única excepción del área de la terraza).

    Estaré SIEMPRE disponible durante su estadía (mi móvil es de 24 horas).
    Yo (u otro miembro de mi familia solamente) te conoceré PERSONALMENTE y te ayudaré con las maletas el día de llegada :)

Alessio, was an excellent host! The apartment was beautiful with wonderful outdoor space. We had stayed in the Trastevere before and highly recommend the area, and the apartment was in a great spot. Close to the river and bridges, we walked everywhere. We hope to be back!

This apartment in Trastevere was perfect. It was just a few small streets down from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the touristy parts, making it quiet, restful, and special. Incredibly grateful for the experience.

An absolute fantastic place to stay. Perfectly walkable, and just far enough away from the major tourist spots that it had that neighborhood feel, but easy enough to grab a taxi to get anywhere in Rome quickly. The only down side is the ceiling height in the bedroom/bathroom can be low for some taller folks, but totally worth minor inconvenience.

Perfect location to access all the famous sites. If you are a foodie and like local family restaurants the choices are infinite. The rooftop terrace was the highlight as we got to unwind there every night. Our Host greeted us warmly and is very helpful and informative. We parted friends.

Beautifully located in the heart of Trastevere with a great roof deck over looking the city. Our host was simply great and helped us get settled in. I would highly recommend this property… but, just be aware that you have to climb four flights to get to the apartment. It is mentioned in the description and wasn’t a problem or surprise but it is something to be aware of.

Perfect location for exploring Rome. The place is snug, as described by the owner, with a great view over the rooftops of Trastevere.Alessio was an excellent host: very well organized with useful information about the area and a curated list of destination suggestions. He took the time and made sure to be there to welcome us at check-in. Even helped with a heavy bag up the stairs.We felt right at home. The Forum, Colosseum, Vatican are all within walking distance, while Trastevere neighborhood is remarkable in its own right.The place was scrupulously clean. The herb and jasmine garden on rooftop terrace was a nice touch.

Excellent location and excellent host! The terrace is absolutely lovely. The restaurant directly downstairs has the best meatballs ever! Everything is walkable as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent host - Alessio was very helpful in communicating how to get to the apartment and then meeting us there to let us in and how all things worked. We enjoyed the apartment and the location. It was our third time in Rome and we had an excellent stay!

We will definitely book again. Allesio provided really helpful information. We arrived hours later than planned, but communication with the host was really easy as Alessio speaks perfect English, so no worries as he was able to meet us at the property when we eventually arrived. Property is really well kitted out, everything we needed The bed is very comfortable and air con was very welcome as we were in Rome during a heatwave, which made the private Terrace all the more welcome. Its fabulous views and quite magical both early morning and evenings. Fairy lights candles, we felt truly spoiled to be able to have that private outside space right in the city The location is amazing a very short stroll to the river.Restaurants right outside the door. You can walk from the apartment to all the places most visitors want to see.Vatican Ghetto Piazza Navona Colleseum etc. Thank you Allessio we hope to return soon.x Ally

Lots of steps up to this beauty, but its really not that bad, and our host Alessio helped us haul our luggage up as he met us and explained how it all worked sent us plenty of info on where to shop and eat ! !It is in a perfect location easy access to everything! Would stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful, the Terrace is Amazing

The property was amazing and at the perfect place in the historic district. A easily walkable distance to all major sites with plenty of local charm in the neighborhood. The Host was very kind, punctual, and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome.

Perfect location! Trastevere has my heart. Amazing food and treats steps away. I loved walking along and crossing the river to get to the city center. The area felt extremely safe and was quiet during the day and night. The terrace is perfect for aperitivos and drying some laundry. The host was perfect and really went above and beyond. He gave amazing recommendations and a lot of useful information. Kitchen was equipt with everything you might need. The apartment was very clean and perfect for two. Just be prepared to climb stairs as there is not an elevator and you are up almost 4 stories. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
