Monti Stunning is a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms located in Rione Monti. Two elegant bedrooms and two single sofabeds make it perfect for a big family or a group of friends. The house is bright and spacious, while a precious 60 square meter terrace is the ideal setting for home dining and after-sightseeing relax. Both bedrooms have striking fresco ceilings and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Perfect accommodations

Family trip! 2 sisters (moms) and there 2 adult 30 year old sons … visiting Italy for the first time…. the space here was perfect for our trip to see the Vatican, colosseum, forum and all the ancient sites of Rome, the place was a perfect fit for spaciousness and location

Lovely appartment with beautiful roof terras!

Spacious appartment, tastefuly decorated. Airconditioning in every room. Gorgeous rooftop terrace Great location, walking distance from many historical sights. Just near a subwaystation. Great beds!

Great location but apartment needs work

Overall, the apartment was more than a few years past its best and definitely not worth the money we paid ($600+ a night). I would not recommend this apartment or rent anything overseen by iFlat, the ‘management’ company, again. Positives: • Location: Monti is an excellent area to stay in. Great restaurants, interesting back streets, good food stores and convenient subway stops. • The murals on the apt ceilings of the were a nice surprise. Negatives: • The main rooftop patio furniture was broken and unusable. The cushions were ripped, and all the wicker seats broken - these seats could not be used at all during our stay. Iflat tried blaming it on the prior tenants but it was obvious that this damage had been there for a while. Further, iFlat made no effort to either fix or replace the rooftop furniture during our stay. The rooftop patio was a major reason we paid a premium for this apartment. • The apartment had obviously not been painted for years and the main bathroom wall needs some repairs. This just gave the apartment a dirty feel about it. • The beds appeared to be made of a hard foam material and were uncomfortable. The bedding and towels have also seen much better days and should be better at this price point. • The roof top patio was having work being done that we had not been informed about. The sprinkler system for the potted plants was laid out all over the patio throughout our stay. Further, workers showed up at 8am Monday to work on the patio brickwork!

First Time in Rome

The apartment is in a great location for access to grocery as well as plenty of restaurants. Roof top patio is awesome although it was too hot to get much daytime use as we were there in the summer. Communication with the owners was great. Water in the bathrooms didn't drain very well, everything else was great.

Rome Vacation

The flat was located in a great neighborhood close to everything (Colosseum, city center, and many other sights) the property was clean, had AC and the managing team was always available to help. We would recommend this property and would def. stay there again.

Monti Magic

We had a great stay at the apartment, it was well equipped and a great location and perfect for us as a family of five. The more we explored the area we more we liked Monti, there were some great restaurants close to the apartment. We would definitely stay again

Spectacular Terrace

Apartment was very nicely finished. We did not use the air conditioner much, but it worked when we used it. We spent much of our time on the terrace in the mornings and at night. Monti is a great location for exploring Rome on foot. Grocery store 100m away was quite convenient. Neighborhood is very lively - lots of restaurants . Maria and the iFlat team responded instantly to our questions.

Great Location

This was a great fit for our family: large, flexible space and great location. Our two issues were minor and did not detract from our stay but may be important to others...for our stay the wifi and tv were intermittently functioning and while the outdoor terrace is amazing, some cover would make it much more functional during the day. If you want to be close to the Colloseum and Forum - in a really nice neighborhood with grocery and some restaurants near by - this is a great option.

Perfect Location Close to the Colosseum

This is a great property close to the colosseum and great restaurants. There’s a grocery just down the street if you wanted to cook or just get stuff for breakfast. We spent every night on the terrace winding down from a long day of exploring. Although the apartment is very spacious. For convenience get the owner to book the airport transfers. It’s well worth not having to deal with it. Highly recommend this property. Travel tip for Italy, pack light as many if not all apartments are on the second floor. You don’t want to lug a huge suitcase up the usually narrow stairs.

Wonderful and beautiful apartment

We stayed in this beautiful place, we liked it a lot, its location is excellent, you can walk to The Coliseum, la Fontana de Trevi, plaza Navona. One block away you get to the grocery store, laundry and Metro station. Many restaurants near by. Mateo was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us instructions for our stay. Thank you so much, if we get back to Rome we will be staying here again.
