Monti Deluxe - Terrace Spectacular View

Monti Deluxe is a refined apartment situated on the fifth floor (with elevator) of an elegant building on "Via Palermo" corner of "Via del Boschetto", in the charming Monti district and within walking distance of many tourist attractions including Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and Trevi Fountain. At about 500 meters there is the metro stop (line B "Cavour") and several bus lines.



The apartment has a perimeter terrace, accessible from all rooms, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Colosseum and the historic center of Rome. At sunset the view is very impressive.



Monti Deluxe is large about 95 sqm and have two double bedrooms, living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and consume meals and has a fridge, oven, dishwasher.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine and WiFi Internet access. In the living room, there is a Smart TV.

We provide linens and towels for all guests.



The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).



Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time. 



We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

Outstanding Rome rental

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. This apartment was a great size for the four of us to spread out. The terrace is amazing. The location is close to anything you could need, markets, coffee shop, restaurants. The view from the terrace of the city makes you feel like a local. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The management team was great to work with and the check in/check out was simple.

Great location. Apartment quite rundown compared to pictures online. Needs basic appliances and not well presented. Quite underwhelming to be honest. Bathroom not clean and balcony had mops and buckets and other clutter….. and dirty.

We only stayed there one night, but the apartment is great . Has a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. clean and safe building with an elevator. Just one bathroom so that could have been an issue for our family of 5 if we had stayed longer. would definitely recommend

Quick but Perfect

Great place to stay! Very close to everything. Easy walk to the Coliseum. Very quick response from property management before and during our stay. The transportation company they set us up with picked us up from the airport and delivered us the next day to our ship for a cruise. They were very friendly and on time for both. Transportation was a little pricey, but worth it when you don't know where you're going and don't know the language. We only stayed one night, but it was a perfect. THANK YOU!!

The perfect location and view

Very comfortable and large apartment with art, books, and a terrace to experience Rome. Great starting point everyday for walks through the city, finding good cafes and food. Even a full store just doors away. The nightly serenade from the street below while having a pre dinner drink on the terrace was magical.

Great apartment with a great balcony

Our family (2 adults and one baby) stayed here for a week. It itttssss in a great location and the elevator was super handy. On nights that the baby wasn't agreeable, we ate take out and drank Italian wine on the huge balcony with Colosseum views. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly. Highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Monti Viertel

Eine sehr schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit gemütlicher Küche und tollem Dachbalkon im schönen und zentralen Monti Viertel. Wir fühlten uns in der sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl und wie bei einem Römer zu Gast. Als 6-köpfige Familie hatten wir genug Platz. Highlight sind die Klimaanlage und der Dachbalkon mit Blick aufs Colosseum. Sehr gute Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür und die Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig oder auch mit guter Bus/Bahnanbindung schnell zu erreichen. Beim nächsten Rom Besuch kommen wir sicherlich wieder in dieses schöne Apartment!
