Three-room apartment on the fourth floor, very bright and comfortable and located in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and close to the main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and induction stove. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with air conditioning, elevator, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, washing machine, courtesy line, television and wifi. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. We inform you that the Monti Apartments is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL).
The ZTL is normally active from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 18.00 and on Saturday from 14.00 to 18.00 (subject to change).
At the “entrance” of the ZTL there is an electronic sign that shows one of the 2 options: ACTIVE
ZTL = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NOT ACTIVE = access by car is allowed.
There is no need to worry about the ZTL if you are leaving the area.
