The studio apartment consists of a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a sofa, armchair and kitchenette, bathroom and large covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

The internal space is organized as follows:



- SLEEPING AREA with double bed (160x190 cm), smart TV and wardrobe;

- LIVING AREA with sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs and access to the terrace;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- TERRACE with dining table and outdoor chairs, wardrobe.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, centralized underfloor heating, centralized air conditioning, washing machine with dryer, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.



Payment of the tourist tax will be required.

-From Rome Ciampino Airport you can reach the apartment by taking the bus from the Ciampino Airport stop to the Laurentina stop. Here, change and take the metro line B to the Piramide stop, a 15-minute walk from the property.



-From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Roma Termini station to Roma Ostiense station, a 12-minute walk from the property.



- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee on the street or at the Piramide Parking garage in via dei Conciatori 17, a 10-minute walk from the property.
