Maravilloso apartamento situado en el centro de Roma, Via Arco di Santa Margherita, a pocos pasos de Campo de 'Fiori y Piazza Navona. El apartamento ha sido renovado recientemente y tiene vistas sobre el trabajo de la Virgen de Santa Margherita, una obra que data de principios del 700, se encuentra en la primera planta de un edificio antiguo. Bien pero...difícil descansar

El apartamento es amplio y está muy bien situado pero se hace difícil descansar. Hemos estado 7 noches y el fin de semana tiene debajo un pub con música alta hasta las 2 am y no se puede dormir. Todos los días por la mañana (menos el domingo) llaman entre las 7:30 am y 8:30 am al timbre para entrar al edificio por la basura, Por lo que la noche del viernes casi no pudimos dormir. Con dos niños pequeños lo del descanso es imprescindible. Está bien equipado pero le faltan muchos detalles. No tiene nada para limpiar y tampoco había manteles. Es la primera vez que voy a un apartamento y no hay servilletas, son pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia más cómoda. Hemos estado 7 noches y hemos tenido que comprar productos para limpiar el baño y la mesa del comedor.

Spacious Unit

The property is in a great location very close to Campo de' Fiori. Close to everything but a little bit removed (although there was quite a bit of noise until about 1 am on Friday night). The space is generous and comfortable: a good sized living room and two large bedrooms. Living room, however, only has a dining table and a small sofa, so it's not the most welcoming. Kitchen is functional, but not terribly well equipped. The space is unfortunately dim (not an uncommon thing in Rome) and could use some freshening up. It is clearly a rental. Also, tried to use the washing machine, and it would not start. All in all, however, a good place for a short visit.

Great accommodation shame about the noise

This is a lovely clean well furnished flat right in the middle of town between campo di fiori and Piazza Navona. It’s ideal for experiencing and exploring Rome. We have no complaints about the accommodation. Our alarm bells rang when we arrived late about 2330 and were met by our excellent host loredana and the rave music was pumping from a bar downstairs. We settled in and got to bed but the music went on until 0245 and started again at 0800. The next night the music was louder continuing all night and was still going as we were leaving the apartment the next day.I actually tried to book alternative accommodation but the prices were too high so we ended up staying. Our third night the police turned up and intervened in what sounded like a street brawl and closed the unending party down about 0200. I understand that it is in a busy part of town but all of the reviews mentioned that it was very quiet and that was part of the reason we chose to stay here as we were travelling with our 12 year old daughter.None of this is the host’s fault but if you stay here, bring earplugs.

Great Location!

Great location

Our experience staying at the apartment was fabulous. It was very clean and in a great location. The longest walk was 30 minutes, so basically near to all the popular places you would want to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communications with the property team were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location

Lovely stay in this spacious apartment with great air conditioning- a must in the heat of the Roman summer! Apartment was well appointed and a convenient walk to most sights. Communication with owner was easy and they even helped with airport transfer and allowed us to drop our bags before official check-in. Overall, a very positive experience and a place we would recommend.

Great location for short stay

Our family (2 boys aged 10 & 12) stayed during July. The location of the unit is amazing - walking distance to everything in the city being about equidistant between colosseum, Vatican and Spanish steps. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, and lovely bright comfortable bedrooms to sleep in at night. The lounge isn’t isn’t for hanging around in but suited our needs to prepare for our next outing into Rome.

Cozy spot in the middle of Rome

The location of this apartment is just amazing, everything is nearby, including every day Farmers Market, restaurants, da Vinci Museum, etc. The apartment nicely uses old bricks, high ceilings, etc. to make an exclusive look and feel. There is a bit of noise, especially on Thursday night because it seems that Rome never sleeps :) Overall a great place for a short stay.

Great Apartment and location

We were met by Allessandro and he took us to the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was wonderful! There are wooden shutters outside the bedroom windows if the street lamp bothers you at night. Very clean, and a great location. Not far from the Vatican, Piazza Navonna, Colosseum, Trevor fountain etc. We would definitely stay here again

Von der Wohnung aus lässt sich Rom gut zu Fuß erkunden. Wohnung groß, den engen Gassen geschuldet etwas dunkel, Betten gut. Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einer Bar, weshalb es nachts teilweise sehr laut war. Nichts für Allergiker.

We had a great time in this rental. Outfitted for everything in kitchen. Check in was so smooth with Loredana. She was so helpful with recommendations for local places too. Place has tons of storage and is great for family of 4. Bathroom was good, everything was clean. Little street right by a great square. Only minor thing was noise at night from bar/ club underneath us. Sound machines blocked it out for us but it’s loud

Not perfect, but excellent location for first Rome trip

This rental was just right for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids ages 10, 12). We stayed 5 nights and found the location to be excellent. Very close proximity to highly regarded food and drink establishments, walkable to almost every tourist site we wanted to visit. Beds were solid and very comfortable, washer and dryer were easy to use, internet worked well, and the bathroom was nice. A few things we noted for possible future improvement: 1. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, causing standing water just a few seconds into a shower. A minor issue that we did not want to spend time or energy on during our short stay, but seems like something that could be checked and fixed in between bookings. 2. The one loveseat in the living room was small for the space. The dining chairs provide extra seating but it would feel more comfortable to have a second couch or lounge chair, especially since there was a lot of empty space. Combined with the dim lighting, the main living room just felt a bit sad. 3. The apartment is directly on top of a hookah bar, which got very loud at night. Our kids slept through the noise but for the adults, earplugs were a must.

Location was perfect!!

You can’t beat the location!! In the middle of everything someone would want to do in Rome. The place was clean and nice. With three girls we could have used an extra bathroom but we knew that going into it. Alessandro who checked us in was great and full of information. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Rome!!

séjour entre amies à Rome

Nous avons apprécié énormément notre visite à Rome. L'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif sur l'annonce. Beaucoup de charme. Nous avons été accueillies par Loredana qui a eu la gentillesse de nous donner des bonnes adresses. Idéalement bien situé au centre de Rome. La place Campo de Fiori juste en bas avec beaucoup de restaurants et accès tout de suite aux petites rues très animées, boutiques, bars, restaurants. Nous avons tout fait à pied. je recommande donc cet appartement. Si je dois faire une seule petite remarque " literie des lits simples pas trop confortable" Mais ne nous a pas empêché de dormir après nos journées bien chargées de visite de Rome. Je vous conseille fortement ce logement.

Wonderful location

Mial House is a great property, in a perfect location. It is literally right in the centre of everything. It is surrounded by a number of wonderful restaurants and all major attractions are within walking distance. The property itself is fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and it had plenty of space for our two teenagers. Communication with Issac and Giulia was excellent throughout and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Raoni, who met us at the apartment and gave us some great tips about the area. We would love to return to Mial House in the future!

Great Rome neighborhood

The location for this apartment was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for the four of us. The two bedrooms were spacious and the living area was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen for meal prep but it seemed to have everything one would need to cook meals.
