In the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini and metro A, a nice studio apartment with an open space living room with double bed and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen and terrace!

APARTMENT RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.

Clean room, perfect location. The host responded promptly. Good place for a couple for a couple days. A bit noisy, squeaking from the floor above. The bed was firm. Cute little deck. Would recommend.

This was a very nice property but smaller than I had realized. It was clean and had a nice layout for its space. Everything was very comfortable and nice. We didn’t use the stove or the dishwasher. The shower is a little wonky in that water will leak out of the stall. We put towels down to help mitigate this issue. I would suggest a floor squeegee so guests can push water back to the drain. It’s a second floor walk up. This would be fine for someone wanting to visit Rome with a carryon bag or backpack. I would not recommend it if you have large bags like we did. We reserved the apartment two days before arrival and had some communication issues but I think that was mostly on me. The area around the apartment is very nice but we had several alarms go off during our stay. We also saw a couple running away after they stole a woman’s purse. It did not deter us from venturing out but you really need to be alert. Overall, it’s a very nice little apartment. Thank you to the host for having us.

Wonderful place-perfect location

I highly recommend staying here! Perfect location-we walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops near-by. My husband and I and 14 year old really enjoyed our stay. Riccardo was quick to respond to any of my questions. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a cute terrace to sit on. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was just as advertised and Ricardo was very responsive to all questions we had and helped arrange our transport to and from the airport. Great location that is walkable to many of the hot spots but doesn’t have much foot traffic or street noise right in front of it as you would think. The place was clean and in good order. It fit our needs perfectly.

Great Location

The property was great and easy to check-in/out. We were in a great location. We walked everywhere, the Vatican, colosseum, and termini. Although some people may prefer to get a bus to the Vatican and some other locations.

Tucked Away Roman Getaway

We had a great stay here in Rome! This apartment is small but cozy and is perfect for three adults to sleep comfortably. The host provided a complimentary bottle of limoncello, which was great to enjoy on the balcony. The apartment was in a safe area that was an easy walk to local sights.

Amazing location!

This apartment was the perfect place for our week in Rome! The location was within walking distance of almost everything. The only time we took transportation was for airport and the Vatican. Everything else was walkable. Riccardo was an excellent host and was attentive when I asked questions. The restaurant recommendation list was fabulous! The apartment itself is just as pictured. It is a small space, but quite adequate for 2. It was relatively quiet in the evenings, however, I did opt for a sound machine as we slept with the windows open and there were occasional passersby that were loud in the night.

Super Wohnung, exzellente Lage

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom. Die Lage war perfekt, um die ganze Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Terrasse ist sicherlich im Frühling und Sommer Gold wert, im Februar war es noch ein bisschen zu frisch. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Top!Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es recht hellhörig ist, wenn in der Wohnung darüber jemand hin- und herläuft. Aber daran kann man ja leider nichts machen, von daher auch kein Punktabzug dafür.Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Riccardo ist super-hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar.

A week in Rome!

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, we only needed a cab 2x in 8 days! Close to a lot of great restaurants and not far from many cafes. It's a great spot for 2 people, any more would of been cramped. We didn't cook in at all, but the kitchen was adequately equipped. A guide to how to work a few things in the apartment would of been good, but Riccardo was beyond helpful with any and all questions we had. It was a very safe and quiet area to stay in and gave us a great base to explore from. Thank you!!

Great Flat w Tremendous Location

Bravo Riccardo & Marta! Flat was perfect for me & wife for 2 nights but we could easily see ourselves staying for much longer. Location is 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes to Spanish Steps. Restaurants and bars are minutes away . Flat has everything from well equipped kitchen to clean bathroom and big shower. Sitting area has big couch to watch TV that converts into single bed if one has third person. Outside terrace has small table & 2 chairs and perfect to sit outside and have morning coffee & read. Riccardo & Marta’s attentive & quick communication is probably best we have experienced in VRBO and gave me comfort they are right there to answer questions or issues if needed . Just heads up for less mobile people w bags, it’s 2 flights up stairs with no lift. No issue for us but good heads up for others. All in all excellent stay and we would stay again next time in Rome.

Rome Apartment - Highly Recommend

My wife and I loved this apartment. The property was exactly as described and the booking and check-in process was very easy/convenient. We loved the location, which was a very short walk to Piazza Barberini with stores, restaurants, a taxi stand, and subway station. It was a short walk to the Colloseum,Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and other sites (and took taxis to Vatican and Trastevere). Proximity to a taxi stand is important if you plan to use them (there's no hailing a cab in Rome). The apartment is located on a back street (pedestrians only) that made it super quiet and its proximity to the Presidential Palace meant periodic police patrols that made the area feel extra safe. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after a day of walking/sightseeing. The loft was clean, was well equipped, and was perfect for the two of us. The host was great to work with and helped us by arranging pickup from the airport. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Rome.

Wonderful place to stay!

The host, Riccardo, was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests or questions we had, and the location of the property was perfect - away from crowd noise but a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go. I would stay here again!

Perfect

Great locations! The apartment had everything we needed, plus a nice Italian patio and a new washing machine. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a couch and table and chairs. The bathroom was newly tiled and bright. There were many windows with shutters, so the apartment can be bright or dark. Everything was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay & recommend this property.
