Discount rates for April! Amazing apartment on the highest floor with an awesome terrace over the roofs of Trastevere.
Completely renewed and stylishly furnished it is located in the heart of Trastevere, via del Moro 7.
Elevator up to 5th floor, some easy stair steps and you 'll be there!
Large windows in each room will let you enjoy the view of Rome and her magnificent monuments.

The apartment has a wooden floor throughout. It has double glazing windows in each room.
And a wonderful terrace with an eat out table.


This tastefully designed apartment, is composed by:
a nice living room with sofas with convertible beds, TV;
fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table for 6.
Washer, iron and iron board.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms:
the main bedroom (queen size bed) with drawer and bathroom ensuite, stunning view on Trastevere roofs and Saint Peter;
second bedroom with two single beds (or one doublebed) closets and bathroom ensuite, beautiful panoramic view;
third bedroom with one single bed, closet and bathroom ensuite. Linked to the terrace.
You can find spacious closets in the hallway as well.

It is one of the oldest and quaint neighborhoods of Rome.
It is a wonderful area with several restaurants and cafes, boutiques, bakery, and shops where you will be able to find anything you need.


SIGHTSEEING AND TRANSPORTS
Linked to Piazza Venezia by tram 8 and to Colosseum by bus 271. Piazza Navona and all the baroque Roma is easily reachable by walking and crossing the wonderful Ponte Sisto (bridge) over river Tevere. You will feel really in the heart of Rome and her history.

We had an excellent stay at this amazing apartment. The location is in a bustling vibrant neighborhood filled with plenty of restaurants, narrow streets and shops. The apartment layout - three bedrooms each with en suite bathroom - was perfect for us. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and kept up to date and clean. Communication from the host was responsive and entry and exit were easily accommodated and seamless.Please note in the photos that it is on the top floor and has sloped ceilings, if you are tall and would find this awkward. Also, the building has an elevator and this apartment has an additional one flight of stairs.Overall it was a wonderful stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return to this beautiful and spacious flat.

The location was perfect! The apartment was clean. The owner was amazing and helpful during planning and the visit! There is a washer, but no dryer and the clothesline is outside. It rained for three days during our trip so we could not dry our towels. Despite the wet towels, I would definitely recommend!!

Gastgeberin: Rafaella haben wir persönlich nicht getroffen. Sie war aber telefonisch immer erreichbar und sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Lage: Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zwischen vielen Restaurants und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell und einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bar direkt unterhalb der Wohnung ist in einem der Schlafzimmer bis etwa 00 Uhr Nachts zu hören. Das muss man in Trestevere aber in Kauf nehmen und uns hat es nicht gestört. Wohnung: tolle Aussicht. wirklich praktisch ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Alles voll funktionsfähig allerdings auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gestört hat uns etwas, dass am Tisch nur 4 Sitz Plätze gab. Für eine 6 köpfige Familie ist das zu wenig wenn man zusammen sitzen möchte. Gesamtzustand war ok.

The apartment was very clean and in a good location. It is on the 6th floor, so there are a lot of stairs. There is a small elevator that can be used for luggage and 1-2 people at a time. Each room had its own bathroom which was very nice. When we arrived from airport,we walked to the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and the Colosseum and rode the train back to apartment. We definitely got our steps in! We only stayed one night. If we had stayed a little longer we could have had wine on the nice patio.

Listing not as advertised. Spent 4 days with family crammed into two rooms because the space is not air conditioned as reported and cannot keep up with heat. Most of the space was regularly over 30 degrees Celsius or 86 degrees F. Entire family room, and kitchen was not used due to heat. This space has individual room units that only one cooled below 28 degrees Celsius during afternoon and heat of the day. Host requested that we turn off units during the day “as the system might crash,” then we return and it takes 5 or 6 hours to cool if it cooled at all. We had to close the door to keep comfortable in the evening. We sought advice from host after first night in space and she insisted everything was fine, that I must be doing something wrong, and even insinuated that my children had left a window open or broke a window. I requested host send someone to see if there was a mistake and that never happened. We ended up having to move my two smaller children in the other room and one with us in master as room was over 85 at night. A few other items to be aware of. Terrace is smaller than expected, view is only standing up. In order to accommodate our 6 person family a cot was added to the small room with a single bed which made getting to terrace and bathroom difficult. Did not seemed well designed for more than 5 people. At the end of the day, host is pleasant and helpful but when something went wrong then she did not address, made excuses for, and as mentioned, said that

Lovely apartment in fantastic neighborhood

Apartment is really lovely, and in a wonderful neighborhood. Very clean was beautiful views in the city. Raffaella was incredibly helpful and made our stay easy and pleasant. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay! The apartment is clean, well equiped and nicely renovated, it is well located with plenty of cool shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of points of interest. Raphaella is a very responsive host, even organizing for us a pick up at the airport. The bedrooms are comfortable and we appreciated the AC ( Rome is hot in july)

Quiet Rome neighborhood apartment

We enjoyed our stay here. We were a family of 7 and it worked well. The bedrooms were air conditioned and the pullout in the living room had a fan so it was comfortable at night.The kitchen had essentials, but we didn’t cook here.We walked to many Rome attractions, and the neighborhood itself has fantastic restaurants and shops. Check in was easy, the space was cozy but tidy. There is a small elevator which was nice for getting luggage up and down.We enjoyed the view, and it was very quiet at night.

Elevator, Air Conditioning, Centrally Located and Gorgeous Views- Perfect spot!

Great spot, centrally located in Trastevere. Elevator was a welcomed treat in Rome, so we didn’t have to lug the bags up the stairs. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Air conditioner worked very well. Good layout and beautiful views from the apartment. We would 100% book it again.

Great apartment in Trastevere

This was a very nice apartment in a great location. There are beautiful views of Rome from the patio and bedroom. Checking in was easy and the host was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The area is vibrant and fun. It was a lovely place to stay in Rome!
