We could not have asked for better location accompanied by a seamless check in. I recommend anyone visiting Rome to stay here. So perfect for our first day as newlyweds! Will forever hold a place in our heart.

This flat near Piazza Navona was perfect - quiet side street but within easy walking distance of everything. Cozy and charming, with everything you could need if you decide to cook a simple meal at home. Host Federico was gracious and quick to answer if we had any questions, and provided a booklet with recommendations for places to eat and things to discover. Rome is chaotic during the high season for travel, and having a quiet respite was great.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Rome. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—surrounded by great restaurants and within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s incredible historical sites.Federico was a wonderful host. He communicated clearly with us before our arrival, made the check-in process smooth, and provided excellent recommendations that really enhanced our trip.Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

The property is located very conveniently near Piazza Navona and many walkable sites. It’s also a short walk to a taxi stand and bus stops. The bathroom was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with pans and utensils to cook a meal. Some nice-to-have items for the kitchen would be a roll of paper towels or a second dish towel, as there was just one small dish towel, and possibly a small bottle of olive oil and vinegar. We have found these kitchen items useful in other Italy rentals. The air conditioner is great.

There is no AC in the bedroom (a ceiling fan was just OK and it was hot). The only other concern we had was the last set of stairs, each set of steps slanted down. We were very grateful for railings but traversing was a bit of a challenge. We loved our little balcony but also, no flowers as shown in the photo. Lovely space for morning coffee or a glass of wine after a long day of walking and experiencing the beauty of Rome. Great and quiet neighborhood with fab restaurants steps away. Great price and would recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay! This unit is central to almost all of the main attractions, there is food and shops right outside the door, and Piazza Navona is 2 blocks away (great for people watching and entertainment!). The unit was spacious and clean.

Es war ein wunderschöner Romaufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung von Federico.Die Lage ist hervorragend, in wemigen Minuten ist man entweder bei wichtigen Zielen im Centro Storico oder bei vielen verschiedenen Buslinien. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat der Thermostat der Heizung nicht funktioniert, Federico hat selbst am Heiligen Abend einen Monteur geschickt, der das Problem behoben hat, das war eine äußerst positive Erfahrung!

Wonderful location in Piazza Navona area with darling little streets and cafes. Walkable to everything ( Forum farther and busier like a City) Loved the area. Note. It’s a 2nd floor which means 3rd floor in Italy. The steps are very steep to get to the apt. Balcony is cute but doesn’t overlook the street. It’s a courtyard of other homes with hanging laundry and trash cans. We were happy with the interior and Frederick was a nice host as best to communicate via text. Will be back!

First time to Rome

Loved the apt. Great location, easy check in. Host sent pictures of the door(s) so we were sure to be in the right place. Wonderful accommodations. Love to stay there again next time.

We loved our stay at this VRBO apartment in Rome! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, with great cafés, shops, and souvenir stores just steps away. There’s even a convenient market right around the corner, which made picking up snacks and essentials super easy. And the best part—Don Niño, the world’s best gelato, is just steps away! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

10/10, would stay here again. Fantastic location—just as hoped! Central and easy access to just about everything. We easily walked to *all* and must see locations. Very clean and well equipped…Great communication with owner…Surrounded by lovely restaurant options, gelateria’s, and shops. Take note, the stairs up to the flat are no joke…they’re quite steep and somewhat uneven. We broke a bit of a sweat getting our 50pound bags up, but if you have a strong back and a bit of determination it’s not too difficult.If you lack strength to carry a luggage up several flights of stairs without a break this might be very difficult. If you have certain physical limitations it might be nearly impossible. Otherwise, you should stay here! We loved the spot and will stay here again if our travels take us back to lovely Roma.

Location was key!

We were very happy with the communication with the host and we had everything we needed. The best part was the short walk to great gelato and neighborhood restaurants.

Wonderful Location

We loved the apartment and the neighborhood. It was easy to walk everywhere and we found lots of unique little cafes and bars on the side streets. Would recommend highly.

Perfect Location

This property is perfectly located to all walkable attractions in Rome. It is nestled in one of the best locations for food, shopping, and entertainment. The property was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to any and all questions, and had numerous recommendations for all activities. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Rome.

This lodging is just as described and reviewed. Very clean, kitchen outfitted for cooking, nice balcony, and The Best location! Everything except Coliseum is within a short walk. The market on the corner had all the grocery items and wine we needed. Lots of great local spots for eats and Apertivos. Be warned, in my opinion, Don Nino gelateria is a tourist trap, shop the small spots. Two cones cost us 32 Euros! They keep adding items to your cone without asking, and we thought it was included. Total ripoff! The stairs are steep, see the Pic, but unless you have mobility limitations it's no big deal. We had a blast, and this lodging was perfect. Host always replied timely.

Love Piazza Navona

Place was great. Had 1 issue with hot water temp,was fixed the same day! The stairs are steep is the only issue with apartment. Had a great time.

Location, Location Location

The location of this property is perfecto! Walking out the front door there are plenty of dining experiences rated 4.2 or higher. In our four days there, we walked all over the Historic District and Trestevere from the apartment. Everything was real close and Fede was great to work with.
