This charming one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere, one of the oldest and most authentic neighborhoods in the Historic Center of Rome. The apartment is set within a historic 18th-century palazzo, preserving original architectural features such as the 1700s wooden ceilings and classic terracotta walls, offering a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

Ideally located, the apartment is within easy walking distance of Rome’s main landmarks, including Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, the Vatican, and the Pantheon. It is also well connected by public transport with several bus lines nearby.

The open-plan living area includes a sofa and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a capsule coffee machine (with complimentary high-quality capsules for authentic Italian espresso), microwave, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, kettle, cups, cookware, and utensils — everything you need for a relaxing stay.

- Bedroom:
The quiet and sunny bedroom overlooks a tranquil inner garden, ensuring peace and quiet both day and night. It features a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm / 63 x 79 inches) with a hypoallergenic mattress, air conditioning, and a 40” LCD Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming apps — perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.

- Bathroom:
The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, unlimited hot water, hair dryer, and complimentary soap and shampoo. Towels and linens are provided and included in the price.

I just returned from Trastevere last night and I had to submit my review of this apartment. The apartment was exactly as stated, perfect location, clean, for those who like to cook like I do, all cookware and utensils are provided. The area is perfect, you can walk to many sites or just sit In the piazza with a gelato and people watch. So much to explore. So many restaurants to choose from and all delicious. There is no problem with outside noise it is very quiet in the apartment and as woman traveling alone I felt completely safe. Rosaria will answer your questions right away, she gives very detailed check in directions and will help help whenever she can. Taxis or Ubers are readily available to take you to any location, train station is not that far for day trips such as Florence, Naples, Pompeii. When back in Rome I will definitely stay in this cozy Trastevere apartment.

The location of this apartment is exceptional. Very close to all Trastevere ships/bars/restaurants - many just on the same street. Walking to historic center is about ten-fifteen minutes (Piazza Navona, Campo Fiori, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc). Vatican is about twenty minutes walk along the Tiber. Apartment is small and traditional - perfect for a couple who want to be in the action. There is a kitchenette with everything you would need to cook on (but why?), and a clothes washer. Communication with Alberto was easily the best we have experienced- prompt, helpful, great English. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting this area of Rome.

This property was just perfect for my husband and me! We were greeted by Angelo who showed us around the apartment and did everything to help us maximize our stay in Rome before our cruise. The location was perfect being in Trastevere. The apartment was steps away from the Basilica Santa Maria, wonderful restaurants and a few steps to a grocery store. We walked everywhere for our tours because it was centrally located. The apartment was very quiet, the air conditioning was cool and the shower was hot! Excellent combination! Please consider this property-you'll be happy if you do! Angelo and his family were fabtastic hosts!

WOW! This was a major find but I'm not surprised since I have rented from these people before. The apartment is right in the middle of 'restaurant Trastevere' but you will never hear any of the noise. The kitchen is a real positive. The bathroom has a great shower - even for us 'big' people. The AC works just fine and was well tested during the early weeks of July. I would definitely stay here again - but I've learned that any place the people offer is going to be wonderful!

Cozy and comfortable in the heart of Trastevere

This place was perfect and I couldn’t think of anything more that would make it more wonderful! The most perfect spot in Rome location-wise. The bed is so comfortable and the ac was doing its thing! Fantastic stay in Rome!

Great Roman holiday!

Everything was fine except there wasn’t a Keurig coffee pot! Very quiet and the air conditioner was fantastic. Location was great, lots of restaurants within a five minute walk! Lovely setting and felt very safe , would stay there again! Will recommend to friends coming over! Thanks for a great stay!

AMAZING Stay in Old Rome!

⸻We had a great stay in Trastevere! The apartment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. At the same time, it’s in a great location—close to tons of restaurants, cafes, and major attractions. We loved being able to walk everywhere but still come back to a calm space. Week long stay in Trastevere

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of this charming town! Our accommodations were ideally situated amidst the vibrant nightlife, yet our room was perfectly positioned to provide a peaceful retreat, shielding us from the bustling street activity. Our host went above and beyond by arranging a private cab service to and from the apartment for a very reasonable 60 euros each way (120 euros total). The service was punctual and seamless, making our arrival and departure stress-free.The location couldn't have been better: just a 30-minute walk to all the major attractions, including the Vatican, Colosseum, and Pantheon/Trevi Fountain. The Borghese Gallery and train station were about a 50-minute walk away, making this the perfect central hub for exploring the city.Being close to the lively nightlife and a variety of top-notch dining options was a highlight, with only a short 5-10 minute stroll back to the apartment after our adventures. We can’t wait to return and will definitely be looking to book this Vrbo again for our next stay!

Pleasant 4 days!

Great location in Trestevere. Close to Piazza Trilussa and great food, gelatrias and Ubers lifts. We also walked along the tibre to the Vatican. The apartment was up a flight off stairs. No lift on premisses. AC available if needed. Bellisimo!

Perfect apartment in great location

We totally enjoyed our stay in Trastevere. Great location right amongst the local eateries and bars. The restaurants recommended by Rosaria were lovely, although a good 20 minute uphill walk away which was fine by us. Young and vibrant locals and an easy walk to a lot of the popular sites

Description of property did not match eg no Living area with sofa & TV. No coffee pod machine. No access to outdoor area. No clothes dryer, only clothes-line. Fridge/freezer not working. Bar fridge supplied, however this needed to be unplugged to use the microwave. No instructions as how to get to property eg suggested bus from train station. Property was in a good location & host replied but property did not meet descrition which was disappointing.

Amazing stay

We could not have picked a better place to spend our Rome vacation. This apartment is so cute and so quaint and we loved it. The air conditioning was ice cold and was SO welcome after the heat of July in Rome. Our host was amazing and responded promptly to every question. When we checked out my boyfriend left his phone after we locked ourselves out. We were so relieved that ten minutes later she came to let us in to retrieve it…that could have been bad as we had a flight in a few hours. I simply cannot say enough! Thank you SO much!

Great stay.

Very nice flat. Small but cosey and all the facelitys and equiment you will need. We had some very hot days in Rome, so it was nice to able to wash our clothes. Communication was good and with fast replies from Rosaria. Only complaint is the shuttle service offered. The service was fine but the driver tried to squeeze more money out of us than agreed upon. Anoying and a bad way to end a nice stay with an aguement when we were dropped of by the airport.

Trastevere apartment

Great location but the apartment was a little limited.The built in refrigerator didn’t work and there was a small bar size replacement. This used up valuable space in the kitchen/living room. The entrance involved a secure heavy door but this led to two apartments with only a flimsy door and key separating them. A safe would help overcome this issue but not present.

Net appartement in de levendige buurt Trastevere Binnen merk je niets van de drukte buiten, en loop je naar buiten dan sta je gelijk in het gezellige centrum Goed verblijf gehad en alles keurig geregeld wat betreft overdracht en taxi vervoer.

First Time Rome

The property is as advertised....we walked to every site we wanted to see and anything at the 30 minute walk point only costs about 20 Euro if you need a ride! Dining opportunities would be too numerous to mention!!!
