- BEDROOM 4 with two single beds (0.80 x 1.90 cm), a closet, and a desk;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower stall, sink, and toilet;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BALCONY (access from Bedroom 3).

The apartment is located in the heart of San Lorenzo, one of Rome’s liveliest and most dynamic neighborhoods. The area offers numerous amenities, including restaurants, bars, nightspots, and supermarkets.

Just a short walk away are La Sapienza University, one of Europe’s most prestigious universities, and the Roma Termini train station, ensuring excellent connections and easy travel. In addition, all of the city’s main points of interest are easily accessible.

- From Rome Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment in about an hour by taking the train to Roma Termini Station and then walking for 10 minutes.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; you can park (for a fee) in the area surrounding the property.
