Very homely and the host very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and powerful shower. Had everything you could need for short break. Safe area and good location for the Vatican area and access to Metros. Recommend.

B&B was perfect, the amentites were as expected, location was simple for walking and transit access, and adjacent cafe for complimentary drink and pastry were delicious. Fall weather was perfect. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. Host was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to 1-2 person groups.

Very close to Vatican access and Metro B line, and several key bus routes. Many local eateries that hit the spot. Host is available to help all needs. Secured us a last minute taxi which was great to train station when we decided not to lug around bags on Metro. Place is secure, well described. No complaints.

Our stay in Rome at ‘For My Friends B&B’ was the best! This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay! Matilde was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Our flight was diverted due to bad weather so we arrived very late! Her instructions to access the property were great and we had no problem getting in. It was clean and comfortable. She left us some drinks and snacks in the fridge which was a really nice touch. She has an arrangement with a cafe for a coffee and croissant in the morning. The place is so good! The pistachio filled croissant was my favorite. Great location on a quiet street. 10 minute walk to the Vatican. We communicated through WhatsApp and she always responded quickly. All of her recommendations were spot on. We would stay here again.

Best location

The location was a short walk to the metro which made getting around super easy. We were able to walk to the Vatican very quickly. Restaurants in the area were very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe even at night. The room was secure and Internet was very good. I loved the cafe where we were able to get a fresh croissant and coffee each morning. The host was gracious and communicated timely. I will definitely stay at this location again if I return to Rome.

The cleanest VRBO stay EVER!

I canot say enough good things about our stay. The neighborhood was safe, walkable and close to the metro train system. The apartment was supper clean as well the building. The host provides beverage, coffee pods, the use of umbrellas for rainy days and maps to help you navigate the City. This place is a great value and is highly recommended!

Excellent stay

Our stay was really good. Location is very central to the metro, walking distance to Vatican City, so safe, we walked everywhere until late hours at night. Matilde was more than helpful when we needed luggage hold service. We e would love to come back and stay here again.

Great location!

Für uns ist das Frühstück ein wichtiger Einstieg in den Tag im Urlaub und das viel leider im Kaffee nebenan Recht spärlich aus mit einem Croissant und Cappuccino.. Auch die Parkplatz Situation ist leider ein Problem für die Unterkunft.. entweder man geht das Risiko ein einen Strafzettel zu bekommen oder man nimmt einen Dauerparkplatz in der Nähe für über 1000

Beautiful stay in Roma!

Matilde was an awesome host. Check in and check out was very smooth. The room is stocked up with everything that you’ll need, even snacks & drinks to get you through the Italian heat. The apartment is also situated in a nice location with the Vatican city, restaurants, shopping & convenience stores within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the free croissant & caffe / cappuccino each morning just down the apartment building, courtesy of Matilde, If you have big luggages, there is also a lift to bring you up the room. Most importantly, the place has good air conditioning. We will stay here again in the future! Grazie, Matilde!

Amazing stay

The accomodation was amazing same as was its owner! That is really close to the metro, calm and clean place, near to the Vatican too. The owner is so helpful and nice and you will find details and nice little things, that make you feel pleased. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Comfortable Space in a Great Location

The B&B was in a very comfortable and quiet area, near the Vatican and many great restaurants and cafes. The highlight of our days was the morning espressos and croissants at the local cafe that is connected with the B&B. Matilde is an excellent host, who is welcoming and happy to meet any needs you may have during your stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in a quieter area of Rome!
