Pésimo hotel, tenía chinches, la habitación muy mal, no es hotel es un cuarto de recamara literal y te lo venden como hotel, te cobran un impuesto y para cobrarte te cortan la luz y tienen el descaro de preguntarte "todo bien con la luz"

Overall, I had a decent experience staying at Florida rooms - comfort Hotel. The highlight was definitely the location, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. On the downside, the room itself was on the smaller side, and the bathroom lacked some of the typical amenities found at other hotels. However, considering the price point, you really get what you pay for. It’s a solid, budget-friendly option if you prioritize location and friendly service over extra room space.

Var helt utmärkt boende i ett väldigt centralt boende i rom. Nära till Vacticanen, och väldigt nära till tunnelbannan. Mycket affärer och trevligt runt omkring.

If you’re just intending for a place to leave belongings, it was fine. If you want a clean/ slightly updated space, look elsewhere. Staff were pleasant but room was very old and dingy.

O hotel fica localizado na avenida principal de Prati.A avenida tem vários restaurantes,cafeterias e lojas de marcas italianas.Caminhamos por 10 minutos até o Vaticano.O metrô Otaviano que vai até vários pontos turísticos fica a 600 metros do hotel. Quando voltar a Roma pretendo me hospedar novamente no Flórida room. A experiência foi ótima

Guys, I am an American who lives in the state of New Jersey. I can assure you the Florida rooms are the 'Perfect' option if you: 1-Need to stay in a super safe area of Rome, near the Vatican 2-Are okay if the rooms are very simple but clean (not so much space for too many suitcases, and the shower is small, not ideal if you are a heavy set person) 3-Don't mind not having concierge services after 8pm-8am. 4- Are disable, but not much as there is only 1 elevator, and it is very small. The Florida rooms are located in a 6-storey building where floors 1 and 6, and maybe one more floor are the hotel. The other floors are business offices that are closed at night. Angelica and Stefano are the hosts, and they are 'AMAZING', they really go the extra mile for you as much as they can. The cleaning ladies are very nice, and very efficient, but their English can be limited if you get too technical. Stefano will give you 4 keys (keychain) and with those you access the property. The hotel is located in the "Prati" neighborhood, a fancy area, where you only see stores, people nicely dressed, and no danger at all!!! You can walk around all you want (even with kids) and don't have anything to worry about 24/7. The best way to navigate/explore Rome from the hotel, is by walking, or taking bus 81 which takes you through the main avenue where most historical landmarks and places are located. Forget about the tram or subway...you're better off Ubering which is about $20 per ride on average.

Although the room was cleaned daily, we noticed that the duvet was not placed inside a cover. When we woke up, we realized we had been sleeping directly with the duvet itself, which did not feel hygienic. Staff was bery kind.

It was a little difficult to find it at first, one thing i did like was the communication he did responded quick. Photos were different than what i booked but turned out to be better than what i booked. However it was hard to find.

This hotel is located in a wonderful old Italian building. It was a nice space and not cramped for 2 people. EXCELLENT customer service! The only challenge was a very small shower but it had great water pressure. It was very welcome after a long day of touring. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location, just a couple of minutes from the hospital we were seeing, restaurants and clothing stores everywhere, having 3 doors until you reach your room made us feel very safe and the stuffs was very nice. Only downside was that the AC was leaking but at least it worked really good so we really didn’t mind, great location to start our trip! Highly recommend and the price was also very fair :)

Trevligt bemötande och hjälpsam personal. Svårt att hitta till hotellet då det inte var skyltat vid entrén. Ring värden så kommer de och hjälper. Uppfattade att personalen bemannade ett annat hotell högre upp i byggnaden. Men så snart man ringde personalen var de på plats på ett par minuter. Rummet var trångt och badrummet var litet och underhållet eftersatt. Vi hade märkliga pölar med vatten på golvet, möjligen kondens eller läckage. Trevligt område med närhet till butiker och lokala restauranger. Gångavstånd till de stora sevärdheterna.

A great budget hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. Our room seemed much better than pictures shown online. Shower was tiny but my husband and I didn’t mind as we are small people. Super close to the Vatican and a yummy gelato place. Only complaint was that it was very hard to find… the general location was easy but we were not informed we would need to ring the buzzer of “Boutique Hotels” to get inside. We were also asked to pay the nightly fee in cash and in Euros which would have been nice to have known beforehand.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and consistently helpful. The room and building were clean and maintained with a couple of exceptions. The main issue being the air-conditioning. We reported this immediately and again the staff was very helpful. The repairman was contacted and he came the next day to fix the unit. Unfortunately, by the time we returned to the room, a/c wasn't working again. We were without a/c until the last 2 nights there. The staff worked hard to do their part but we had to wait for parts to be ordered. Unfortunately we were miserable after walking all over Rome in 90° temps each day. The front door latch was faulty, just needed to be tightened up but the building was secure. Our sliding bathroom door was off the track causing us to squeeze through the opening each time we went in or out of the bathroom. This was fixed immediately when pointed out to the staff. All has been communicated to the staff and hopefully passed along to the person in charge. Otherwise very nice property in a safe neighborhood (very near the Vatican City and bus stop by the way).

Stay somewhere else

Air con leaked and they did not fix Wifi out for periods of time Room had ripped quilt with no cover Broken items, no glasses, no kettle of coffeemaker Provided toiletries were old packets of supplies. Doors needed 4 keys, but door to the hotel room area was frequently open. No staff on direct duty as reception is 5 floors up and not fully covered. So security is very poor.

A tricky review to give since my trip was great, but sadly many of the amenities listed simply did not exist during my stay, which put a damper on things. No front desk, no actual breakfast options, wifi was nearly nonexistent, laundry was a hidden charge at check out, so on. The location is amazing and right in the middle of it all and the property manager was very helpful despite the overpromised amenities. Room was decent, bed and such was nice and clean. Walls were pretty thin, though, my only complaint, but otherwise they were fine. Hard to say if I'd be back but maybe...
