Beautiful apartment near Vatican City

We loved this apartment! Everything was modern and clean inside the apartment. Although the building is older - and the elevator is...small :), the neighborhood is lovely. There are restaurants just down the street. Up the street is a very nice grocery store. There are also small markets close by. It is a short walk to Vatican City, but far enough away from the crowds. The person who met us to check in was very pleasant and well-informed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay here. Very close to the vatican, near buslines. The hosts were very communicative. Clean, well set up. Comfortable beds.

Lovely place

The property is well located, easy walking distance to Vatican City small grocery stores and good restaurants. It is comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The only thing that bothered me was being asked for an extra £140

Sehr zentral

Die Wohnung liegt unweit des Petersdoms. Bushaltestellen sind auch in der Nähe. Zur Innenstadt kann man auch laufen. Schräg gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir fanden sie gut.

Rome Apartment

Very much enjoy this apartment. Newly renovated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy check-in process. Only disadvantage is location. While it’s close to the Vatican, it’s not centrally located. There is a bus stop out front, but the busses were unreliable. About 20-30 min walk to metro. The train station was super close though and we did use that!

Great location near the Vatican

This was a great location a short walk to the Vatican, many restaurants, shops, cafes, gelaterias, and more. The unit was comfortable and had all that we needed during our stay. The check in process was excellent and communication was quick and effective with the property management. The property is on the 6th floor, with many stairs and only a small (sketchy) elevator. So be aware. The unit has a tiny, European style washer and only drying rack. So plan accordingly. We had expected to have things like soap, paper towel / dish towels, basic kitchen and other bathroom amenities present when we arrived. What we found wasn't much. Not a big thing, but would have been a nice touch and is something we’d seen most other places we’ve stayed. When we checked in, we were told about quiet hours in the building and the sensitivity to this as it related to VRBO / B&B guests like us. We planned much of our day, including rest time and sleep to correspond and respect the rules. What we discovered is the full time residents didn’t similarly respect these rules. We notified the property manager about concerns we had with loud construction going on across the hall during quiet hours. This was acknowledged, but not much else was done. This left us disappointed. Overall, the place was good and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Great Location

Great accommodations. Clean, has AC and great location. Will stay here again on our next trip to Roma. Walking distance to many great restaurant options, bus stop 64 (stops at all the hot spots), taxi drop off and Vatican City.
