El apartamento se encuentra en la segunda planta de un elegante edificio del año mil seiscientos completamente restaurado, con ascensor, ubicado en una típica y silenciosa calle romana cerrada al tráfico vehicular. Se compone de una amplia sala de estar con cocina completa y sofá cama de dos plazas, una habitación con cama matrimonial, una habitación con ordenador, un espacio con cómodo armario, un descansillo, un baño con ducha. Tiene vista sobre un elegante patio interior. El apartamento es muy cómodo para dos adultos , con la posibilidad " para dos niños , y ' bien amueblado y tiene 32 " LCD TV , reproductor de DVD, aire acondicionado

El apartamento es perfecto. Su situación inmejorable, a pocos minutos a pie del Coliseo y Foros romanos. Tiene ascensor para subir las maletas sin esfuerzo. Una habitación y sofá cama en el salón. Tanto la cocina como el apartamento está perfectamente equipado con menaje más que suficiente y muy cuidado. Fuimos en invierno y hacía calor en el apartamento, la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente. Valentino siempre estaba pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiésemos necesitar. Si volvemos a Roma intentaremos sin duda volver a este apartamento. No se me ocurre que pudiera estar mejor

We lived our stay in Rome! Perfect location; view of forum area from entrance of the building. Valentino was an excellent host! Great communication; friendly; professional and provided a really nice orientation when we checked in for our stay. Also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We LOVED the location; gas stove; washer; shower; a/c; elevator for luggage was also really nice for check in/out; etc…. It was very easy to navigate all around central Rome; very walkable to metro; grocery options; restaurants and the main historical sites. Highly recommended for a first stay in Rome or someone very familiar with the area. I loved getting up early for runs in the historical area; along the Tiber River front; St Peter’s Square; the “Aracoeli steps” are a great way to finish an early morning workout! Hope to return again and stay longer!

Amazing location at a amazing apartment

My family and I had an amazing 3 days in Rome! From start to finish everything about this rental was great! First the communication with Valentino from the days leading up to our arrival to the day of our arrival was great! He let us know the best way to get to the apartment and everything else we might want to know while staying there. The apartment has one bedroom and a pullout sofa. It also has two a/c units that we really appreciated since we were there in July. The apartment has everything you might need and very clean and well kept. It is also within walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. It is located in the heart of everything! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again if we return.

AMAZING Location and AMAZING Host!

Incredible location just steps away from the Colosseum and the Forum. Easy walking distance to everything else. Great restaurants right in this neighbourhood. Valentino took care of everything perfectly. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a dream Rome vacation!

Perfect location of cute apartment

Host Valentino was wonderful – very responsive and super helpful in every way! This place is in the perfect location for seeing all the ancient monuments of Rome, could not be more central, in fact! Apartment is in a quiet street inside a 17th-century building that is full of character. The forum of Augustus is a few steps down the hill. Great experience all around!

Home Away from Home in a Great Location

The property was clean, well-appointed, and located in a quiet residential area with easy access to main attractions including a short walk to the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon a little further but still walkable. Plenty of great restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. Valentino is a very attentive & accommodating host and responds very quickly. The only note is you do not control the temperature in the apartment...the building is centrally controlled. It worked fine for our stay but mid summer might get interesting (Valentino does have a fan available). We would stay here again and recommend it!!

This is the way to do Roma!

Well situated apartment within walking distance to the Colosseo, Palatine Hill, Foro Romano and so much more. A history lover's dream. Valentino is an excellent host, even to the point of helping us bring our luggage in. Explains things well, with a follow up to make sure things were right. Gave good suggestions for restaurants. All in all, and very good stay.Bear in mind that you need to be able to climb stairs!

This is the PLACE!

We really enjoyed staying here. Location is the key. We were able to walk everyplace we needed. The Colosseum and Forum are within 5 minutes! Then we were able to come back to this lovely apartment for rest and relief. The owner was easy to work with and kind and helpful.

Superb location in the middle of Rome. Resturants and grocery shops nearby. Walking distance to almost everything (St.Peters, Trevi, Borghese, Forum, Colosseum etc.). A thing I did not like was the main bed was very soft and worn (looked nice, but you sink to the middle of each side :)). The sofa-bed was strange and were tilted, but it was good for the kids. Another thing that was a bit frustrating, was the neighbors dogs. They barked early in the morning (6-6:15 AM for 2 nights, and I think Valentino sent them a message, because the next two nights they started barking 7:30). Othervice the neighborhood was very quiet. The host (Valentino) was very helpful and kind.

Fantastic location and lovely host

This appartement is centrally located in Rome, you can literally see Hadrian's Market/Forum Romanum from the front steps. Nearly all the major sights, The Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Hadrian's Market, the Capitoline Museum, Circus Maximus, the Tiber etc, are within easy walking distance, and for the ones to far for a walk there are busses, the Metro and taxis. The appartment is very well equipped. There is an elevator. Getting into the building might prove difficult for disabled access. The three steps at the front door could prove a challenge. The bathroom is ridiculously large for Rome standards (this is a good thing!). There is a washer. The Wifi is great. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood, with a couple of nice restaurants nearby. If you do your own cooking, supermarkets are about 10-15 min away. There are pots and pans, an oven, a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker (pods), gas stove top and all the necessities for eating a meal (including wine glasses!) should you be so inclined. We had a fantastic time (12 nights) and Valentino was a very gracious host. He communicated very effectively with us, all the way from booking to our checkout. He checked in with us several times during our stay to ensure we were doing ok. He even offered that we could stay beyond check out time if we had the need. We would love to come back. My husband and I spent four fantastic nights in this perfect apartment…filled with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful apartment in heart of Rome

This apartment is amazing- beautiful, completely furnished and comfortable right in the center of Rome, within walking distance to all the great sights. Valentino is a super host - our flight was delayed but he was there to welcome us and explain everything we needed to know. He contacted me the next day to ensure all was good - and it was. I had made a mistake and thought that we were staying a day longer than what I had booked; Valentino went out of his way to research and find us another place to stay. Five star stay from start to finish.
