    Ideal para una visita de la antigua Roma. El apartamento “Primavera holidayhouse" está en el centro de Roma, a solo 100 metros de la Basílica de San. Pietro ya pocos metros de la residencia del papa Francisco ("Casa Santa Marta"). El apartamento de 80 m2, dos habitaciones grandes, para 5 personas, sala de estar con cocina, baño, balcón, ascensor, sábanas, mantas, toallas, internet, Wi-Fi gratis, vista de la cúpula de St. Peter desde las ventanas, TV vía satélite, calefacción, aire acondicionado (Daikin), lavadora, secador de pelo, cuna y trona. El apartamento está situado en la 4ª planta y dispone de ascensor. Todas las principales atracciones turísticas (S. Peter, los Museos Vaticanos, el Coliseo, el Campo de 'Fiori, la Piazza di Spagna, la Fontana di Trevi, la Piazza Navona, etc.) son fácilmente accesibles a pie o en autobús y metro. El apartamento es ideal para quienes llegan a Roma en coche, ya que se encuentra en una calle privada donde se puede aparcar fácilmente y de forma gratuita. Fantástico!!

Fantástico apartamento junto al Vaticano, con vistas a la cúpula. Bien situado con comercios y transporte público cercano. Zona residencial muy segura. Ideal para familias con niños. Dispone de todas las comodidades con cocina bien equipada, lavadora incluida. Está extremadamente limpio. El propietario, Emidio, es muy agradable y servicial. Es muy fácil contactar con el por e-mail o por teléfono. Totalmente recomendable. Sin duda, regresaremos a él en nuestras próximas visitas a Roma y lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros amigos.

El alojamiento superagradable.

El alojamiento ha sido perfecto. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y confortable. A un paso del Vaticano y de las paradas de bus que te llevan a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Tanto Emidio como Cristina son un encanto y te dan toda clase de explicaciones. La ropa de cama y las toallas están limpísimas y en la cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera visitar Roma. Nos llevamos un buen recuerdo y como tiramos las monedas en la fontana de Trevi, seguro que volveremos. Hasta pronto.

Un lugar precioso en el corazon de Roma

Hemos tenido mucha suerte encontrado este maravilloso apartamento. La verdad me gustó mucho la distribución, tenía todo lo que se puede necesitar en una casa y cerca del Vaticano. Emidio es muy agradable y hospitalario. Nos explico todo y quedó muy claro. Lo recomendaremos seguro!

Magnífico!

Apartamento limpísimo en un lugar tranquilo y con todos los servicios muy proximos. Está muy bien localizado, a muy poca distancia del Vaticano y con paradas de autobús y metro muy cerca del apartamento, para poder llegar a cualquier punto de Roma. Zona muy segura en caso de llegar tarde por la noche. Los dueños muy atentos y amables. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO

El apartamento es centrico, a unos pasos del Vaticano y con transporte publico para todas las atracciones de Roma. Me ha encantado no sólo por su ubicación que es buena sino por la tranquilidad y la limpieza del apartamento, es absolutamente recomendable para quien desee pasar unos días en Roma. Centrico, coqueto y limpio.

Somos una familia española que viajó a Roma para visitar esta hermosa ciudad. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, exactamente en el centro turístico, muy bien comunicado y accesible incluso andando. Está muy limpio con una ropa de cama y toallas impecables. Es una zona muy tranquila, con todo tipo de servicios. Me ha resultado muy cómodo para viajar con niños pequeños como es mi caso. Maria Cristina y Emidio se portaron súper bien, nos dieron un montón de información y son muy atentos. Recomiendo este apartamento, nosotros seguro que volvemos.

Beau séjour à Rome

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement. Le descriptif de l'annonce est bien conforme. Nous avons eu un peu de bruit mais il y avait des travaux dans la rue. L'immeuble est très calme. D'ailleurs, le voisin veille à sa tranquillité. (il tape contre le mur si nous parlions trop fort...)Sinon, il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la cité du Vatican et à proximité du terminus de la ligne 64 qui mène au centre historique de Rome. C'est très pratique !

Clean, well equiped, excellent location and to top it off an excellent host.

We highly recommended this location. Emidio was an excellent host he made us fill at home. He took his time and explained everything about the apartment, Emidio took the time to show us the surrounding neighbourhood and where the grocery store, bakery and where to get the best pizza, he even showed us where to purchase our bus tickets and where to catch the bus for our day trips to centre of Rome. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean it was one of our favorite location that we stayed in for our whole trip in Italy. Emidio also made arrangements for us to go to the Airport for our departure a few days later. We highly recommend this location. Thank you Emidio and his mother for the excellent stay. The apartment was perfect for me, my husband and 3 kids. It was excellent value for money considering the location. I appreciated how clean the apartment was: everything was spotless. We slept very comfortably. The location is within walking distance of everything. The neighborhood is safe and surrounded by stores and restaurants choices. Emidio met us the first day and showed us around the place and gave us a few ideas where to eat etc. It was lovely to have someone there to meet us when we arrived. Amazing Location

Was met at the property by Emidio who showed us around the immediate area so we would know where the shops/restaurants are. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from St Peters Square. Bus stop nearby but we walked nearly everywhere. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. We felt very safe. Good Wi-fi. We stayed here upon a recommendation of a friend and would certainly recommend to others. Had a fantastic time. Thank you. !

Location is perfect for Vatican City! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, with heater and spacious. Markets close by as well as bus stop, metro, bank and restaurants. The only thing was the shower, my husbands quote “Shower is not for big people honey”. However, it wasn’t a too much of a big deal, it worked for us. Emidio was great, super nice person! Very helpful. The day we got there, he walked us to the bank, markets, bus stop and showed us some restaurants. He is very responsive and quick to respond too. The only thing that made it a little more difficult for us was the fact that we booked a lot of tours whose meeting points were more city center and we had to walk farther distances to get there but we were aware this was a walking vacation so we just did it.

Location, location, location

Emidio was so extremely helpful! His communication was 110% even helped hire a car for transport from airport, who were also wonderful. The apartment was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed including a full kitchen and washing machine and the WiFi worked wonderfully the entire week.The location was stones throw from the Vatican. It rained very much the first night/morning so we had a wonderful lazy morning and stayed in and had tea, but during the following days the weather was fabulous. We would love more time in Rome and would definitely stay at this apartment anytime we visit.

Excellent location

The apartment had every facility we required: lift, wifi, washing machine etc. The property was in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We loved being able to walk out to the centre of Rome, there was a supermarket around the corner which was handy for milk, wine etc. Emidio, our host was friendly and accommodating. He was available by email to answer questions, book taxis for us etc. - couldn't have been more helpful. We were only able to stay 3 nights unfortunately, but we definitely wished to stay longer.

A wonderful experience

I have to say that we had a wonderful experience. Despite our late arrival, Emidio and his mom were waiting for us. They were very helpful in showing us nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops. The apartment was extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have all the appliances you need including microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster, hair dryer and washing machine. The apartment is walking distance to the Vatican and is located near many of Rome’s landmarks. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go there again!

Besser geht es kaum...

Die Wohnung ist der Traum für Rom Urlauber. Alles vorhanden, sauber und geräumig. Gleich neben dem Vatikan, ist alles Wichtige zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Vermieter empfing uns freundlich und seine Einweisung in die umgebenden Läden, Haltestellen, Restaurants und Eistankstellen war echt top. Das erste mal in Rom, mit Familie und es stehtr fest: wir kommen wieder, möglichst zu Emidio!!! Grüße aus Deutschland

Very Nice Apartment & Helpful Host

A very nice cosy apartment, right next to the Vatican. Everything was as pictured and actually nicer in person. Exceptionally clean! My only warning is, be very careful in the bathroom, the shower and floor become extremely slippery when wet...in fact my friend actually slipped while getting out of the shower, fell, and ended up with a nasty bloody gash on the side of her head! The area seemed very safe, in fact there is a police station just at the end of the ally to the left, and there are bus stops along the main street, steps from the apartment. The best & cheapest way to get around Rome to see the sights is by bus (lines 916, 87, 64). Looking at a map of the city, you would think everything is so spread out, but actually everything is closer then you might think. Just be prepared to walk, A LOT during your stay!!! The metro is also another cheap way to get around, however, the closest metro station is Ottaviano and is a long distance to walk from the apartment, but it's easy to find and quite do able, if you would rather travel by metro instead of by bus. Once inside St. Peter's Square, you have to cut directly across to get to the street the metro is on and just keep walking straight til you get to the station, it will be on your right hand side. The BEST restaurant closest to the apartment (just across the main street to the left) was Papa Rex. I wish we had found this restaurant our first night and not the last, cause this would have been the ONLY restaurant I would have eaten at the whole trip (yes, it was that good!!!) It received a TripAdvisor award 2017. Changing currency: I recommend getting just enough money changed to euros at the airport to get to the apartment, and then changing the rest of your money at the bank next to the apartment. Commission to change money is a killer!!! Finally, the host, Emidio was very helpful. He and his mother were at the apartment when we arrived and they gave us a tour of the neighborhood. There is a bank, a little health supply store (laundry soap, sanitary napkins, hair color, etc.), market, post office. Emidio was kind enough to arrange our airport transfers for us and communication was always very good. I must have sent him 20 messages with questions about how to get around and what he recommends, while we were there, all of which he answered. Such a nice patient man!!! I would definitely stay here again, the next time I visit Rome, and would recommend it to everyone!!!

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Vatikan

Die Wohnung ist so, wie beschrieben und wie die Bilder sie zeigen. Schön: Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf die Kuppel des Petersdoms, wenn auch etwas durch ein Haus verdeckt. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, nur eine klassische deutsche Kaffeemaschine fehlt. War uns aber egal, wir habe uns in eins der netten Cafes gesetzt zum Frühstück. Danke für die nette Erklärung und den kleinen Rundgang beim Einzug. Gerne wieder!

Excellent apartment, a skip away from St. Peter's Square...

Emidio's lovely, bright, clean apartment is ideal if you want to explore the Vatican basilica, museums and Castel St. Angelo. A little further, and you're in central Rome. Near to transport links but great if you don't mind a bit of a walk, too. We happily trotted off to the Galleria Borghese, Victor Emmanuel monument and Colosseum complex. To reiterate what everyone says, do book ahead if you want to avoid the queues. You have to book the Galleria Borghese anyway. Emidio and his Mum made us very welcome and Emidio showed is where the shops were and arranged our transport to and from the airport. Thanks for that. Lovely week. Hope to be back.
