A bright and spacious 100-square-meter apartment, perfect for four people, located on the first floor of a building from the 1970s with an elevator that is NOT in service.

The property is located in the immediate vicinity of Vatican City and is 500 meters from the Cipro metro station: our guests will be able to get around Rome with ease.

The apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small balcony.

The accommodations are laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa and a flat-screen smart TV;

- OPEN KITCHEN (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils) with a dining table;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds (90x190 cm), a desk, and a closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and handheld showerhead;

- BALCONY with washer/dryer.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, adjustable central air conditioning, independent heating, crib, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE:

- The building has an elevator, but it is NOT operational;

- Please note that there are stairs to access the apartment.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino Airport, the apartment can be reached in about an hour by taking bus 520 to Tuscolana/Cinecittà, where you can transfer to Metro Line A to Cipro, located 500 meters from the property.

Alternatively, it takes about 35 minutes (33 km) by car or taxi.
