  • Beautiful, central and quiet apartment strategically situated a stone away from Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Saint Peter Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo and the famous and colorful market of Campo de' Fiori.

    This apartment is 80 sqm and it has been remodeled, elegantly furnished and includes tromp l’oeil painted by the owner.

    The apartment is located in a 12th Century building protected by the Ministry of "Belle Arti", for this reason the entrance door of the building and the access stairs cannot be touched and modernized.

    Inside you will find:

    2 Bedrooms:

    - Master bedroom with a queen/king size bed (cm 170x 200)

    - Second bedroom with a queen size bed (can be divided in 2 single beds)

    2 bathrooms : Shower, sink, WC (bidet is incorporated in WC)

    A completely organized kitchen if you would like to prepare your meals, dinning table for 4. Living area with 2 sofas, paintings on the walls, mirrors, an antique chandelier, tromp l'oeil peinted by the owner and other details give the room an elegant and chic atmosphere.

    A small, but characteristic balcony looks out on an internal courtyard (smoking is allowed only on the balcony)

    This was an absolutely delightful stay!It is petite, but it was perfectly comfortable for our family of 4, and so beautiful. It was really a charming home base, and the location absolutely cannot be beat.It had everything we needed, and the check-in process was lovely and easy and very helpful.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Great location, walkable to so many things.l but had excellent sound proof windows so there was no noise from the street. We were met at the property for a smooth check in. Property was as pictured with A/C units in the living room and both bedrooms. The showers were tiny, but that’s pretty usual for European bathrooms. The management company was very responsive to any requests or issues. We would stay here again.

    The lady that let us in and greeted us was super friendly and spoke good English. The flat was well equipped and centrally located to most everything we wanted to do. It was a short walk to the restaurants we wanted to visit. The street is pretty quiet once the restaurants close at night. A small grocery and a mini mart are nearby.

    Loved this apartment! The location was excellent. Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori are just a 6 minute walk. There are so many restaurants, gelaterias, specialty stores and even a cute mini supermarket “right there”! We took advantage of the washing machine and the balcony’s “clothes dryer” which was a real treat. The interior and history of this building is something to be admired and appreciated.Of course a great stay means great hosts. You’ll get that here! Enjoy!

    Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Perfect location near Plaza Navonna, with lots of restaurants to choose from. Well-equipped, comfy beds.

    We loved our 5-night stay here. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet. It's on a lively street but with the double windows we did not hear any street noise and slept very well. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Check in was great and the apartment also had several travel books on the shelf that we took advantage of while we were there. It was convenient having a washer available and there was a large drying rack to use for laundry. Would definitely stay here again!

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable beds, A/C works great. Good location. Our only complaint is that the showers are very small, which was a bit of a challenge for the oversized members of our group.

    The apartment was exactly as advertised. Our check in with Dasha was seamless. I would recommend using WonderWhereToStay (renting agency) to help secure your transportation with your arrival and departure to and from the airport, made it very stress free. The apartment was ideally situated and within walking distance to everything. Excellent gelato shops just a few doors down. Evening was quiet, the double pained windows kept the sound out and the beds were comfortable. Yes, the two bathrooms along w/ the showers were small but the three of us managed very well and didn’t have any issues. We would stay here again should we visit Rome again.

    Exploring Rome

    The apartment was exactly as listed. It was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. The apt. Was centrally located and we were able to walk to almost everything! There are plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, and gelato nearby as well as a grocery store. It was very handy to be able to do laundry so we didn’t have to pack a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

    This is a cute historic apt in a nice quiet neighborhood and walking distance to everything. There are ample restaurants nearby, and we felt very safe walking around at night. Overall our stay was pleasant and the only issues we had was the shower backed up a bit when in use and the washing machine, which we couldn't use because it had a strong moldy odor.FYI, the showers are literally 2' x 2', and while functional they are tight when you step in.

    Cozy Central Rome Base

    Four adults had enough room for a short 4 day exploration of Rome highlights, Vatican Museums, Coliseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. All were within 10-30 minute easy walks from the apartment. There are numerous restaurants and bars, shops close by.

    Great apartment in Campo di Fiori

    Nice and very clean apartment, and centrally located. We walked everywhere in Rome from here -- Vatican, Coliseum and Forum, Pantheon, Trastevere, Villa Borghese, etc. I very highly recommend!

    Great location

    Great apartment and location in Rome. Walkable to everything. Neighborhood was quaint and right off the main strip. Definitely felt like we were living in Italy. Many food and drink options on the block including a small supermarket. Would definitely stay here again if back in Rome.

    Great place to stay!

    My niece and I stayed here for 13 days and enjoyed it all! The location was wonderful: walking distance to most locations and if not easy to catch a bus to the train terminal and from there could go anywhere (all for only 1.50 euros). Good places to grab a coffee and lunch or dinner. All this and being just a few blocks of the main roads there was hardly any people (only the restaurant below us but the windows shut off any noise) Everything worked out well!

    We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights as the first stop on our European holiday. The apartment was fantastic. It was clean, well equipped and centrally located to everything!! You cannot go wrong with this property. Definitely high on our list for any future visits to Rome. Thank you!!!

    Wonderful location- we walked to everything: Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain. Very quiet with the windows closed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room. It is a long flight of stairs to get to the apartment. The bathroom layout is a bit quirky - not very private or soundproof!Check-in was very easy and they helped arrange a car to the airport for us. Would definitely return.

    The Chic apartment is nicely decorated, with unique paintings and pictures. Having a washer was key for us. There is a/c in each bedroom. There was good communication with the host. The location was good, there were restaurants near by, however, the major part of the City close to the Piazza is across a major street. About a 10 minute walk.The layout of the apartment was inconvenient. The two bedrooms are in the front of the apartment by the entry. On the other side of the entry was the living room and the kitchen. The first bathroom is between the living room and the kitchen and the second bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen. they were really not very well located. The apartment had a musty smell to it. The bathrooms were small and outdated.

    We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful apartment! It was clean, well-decorated with interesting artwork, and Dasha was absolutely lovely at check-in. The location was ideal for us- a short walk to all of the attractions, yet the area had a true neighborhood feel. We loved the juice bar just a few doors down for fresh juices and panini, the two gelato places nearby, and the wine bar across the street. Not to mention the lovely art galleries and shops on the street. A special mention to the comfortable beds and double-windows in the bedrooms. The street can be lively at night, yet both bedrooms were completely silent with both windows closed. We slept fabulously. The management group was also wonderfully communicative and arranged transport to/from the airport. For a longer stay, the well-appointed kitchen and spotless washing machine were very appreciated. We would absolutely return to this “home away from home” in the Eternal City. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Exceptional

    Fantastic place located in the center of everything you want to see in Rome. Walking distance to all attractions. Cafes, restaurants and grocery store a few minutes away. Check-in process was very smooth and efficient. Management very helpful in arranging transfers from and to the airport. Apartment very comfortable. Bathrooms are tiny including tiny showers but remember you are in a historical building and have two bathrooms after all!!! Overall we enjoyed our stay. Fantastic rental.
