The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

For check-in and check-out, there are no time restrictions. Guests are provided with access codes, allowing them complete independence.

It is not permitted to bring unregistered guests into the apartment without the prior consent of the host.

My co-hosts and I are always reachable here or by phone. We usually respond within a few minutes!

The apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Early check-in may be possible upon request if the apartment is available.

Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. In no case may the number of guests exceed that stated in the booking, unless previously agreed.

We kindly ask guests to turn off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when leaving the apartment. Thank you!
