  • The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator, has an area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room with beautiful view and balconies, dining room with kitchen, 4 large bedrooms (three with queen size beds mattress 190x160cm and one with two twin beds mattress190x90cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows. There is a queen size sofabed in the living room. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd.
    The apartment is located in a XIX century building with entrance from Viale Due Macelli. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Spagna and Barberini Metro/Underground are 3-4 minutes walking.

Our positive experience started immediately after the booking process. Fidia reached out and offered various services and contacts from transportation to/from airport to contacts to help us choose the best tours for our family of 8. The spacious apartment is centrally located in the heart of Rome, walking distance to many major attractions. The large kitchen table and living room easily enabled us all to gather and reflect in our amazing days and plan for the next. The washer and dryer makes packing so much more manageable. The apartment is bright, clean and welcoming. Our hosts Fidia and Alan welcomed us with open arms and were readily available if we needed them. We highly recommend this property.

Fidia and Allan were fabulous to deal with. When we all arrived everyone was nodding their heads up and down saying what a great place I had arranged for our group! The apartment was bright and airy with a great living room with fabulous balconies to take pictures and videos of the streets below. The supermarket was a half block away as well as countless restaurants. The large kitchen table had eight of us gathered around recalling our adventures in this beautiful city. If we were to come back we would want to stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for our group of seven. The host was responsive and helpful, arranging transportation and even helping us hire our own personal chef for a night.The location was great as well.
