  • Renovated and air-conditioned apartment with a living terrace centrally located on the third floor of a period building with a doorman and a tree-lined courtyard a few minutes walk from San Pietro / Musei Vaticani. 150 meters from the Lepanto metro station and 50 meters from the taxi station. Bus stop in front. Free WiFi (fiber optic), washing machine and iron. Apartment composed of: living room with 2 single sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms with TV and Sky, 2 bathrooms with shower, living terrace, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and coffee / moka machine / American coffee including waffles and blend for American machine. Lively area, full of restaurants and bars, with market on the corner and 2 supermarkets in front. Possibility on request of private car garage in the immediate vicinity.

    Eng: Cozy flat in a central position in Rome. St. Peter's Basilica / Vatican Museums far few minutes by feet. Metro Station Lepanto far 150mt and Taxi Station far 50mt. Sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Mit unseren vier Kindern fehlte es uns an nichts. Zum Kochen, Waschen, Entspannen war alles da. Nach langen Stadttouren war es immer schön in die Wohnung zurückzukehren und sich dort zu erholen. Ganz tolles Flair!

The condo is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and watching the ocean. There are a lot of activities and restaurants close by. I would definitely rebooked for this condo unit again.

Perfecto

The place was perfect for what we wanted out of our stay. It was well located near grocery options and even a few restaurants. Short walk to a great morning breakfast cafe and also gelato spot. The place had adequate space and a cool terrace for relaxing in the evening. The host was amazing and provided a lot of great recommendations for food! Definitely would recommend staying there to anyone traveling to Rome.

Had an excellent time. Donata was wonderful and the apartment was excellent. It had everything you would need, was spotless and in a great location. Close to the metro and grocery. Patio was lovely to sit out on and relax. Highly recommend!!

Loved this place and Donata prepares you for everything you will need for your stay. Restaurant recommendations were great. Walkable to Vatican. Covered veranda was lovely.

Die sehr gepflegte Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Metro-Station Lepanto in der 3. Etage und verfügt über einen Lift. Die Beschreibung der umfangreich ausgestatteten Wohnung über das Portal Fewo-Direkt entsprach sehr gut den örtlichen Gegebenheiten. Unser 19-jähriger Sohn hatte sein eigenes Reich mit Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon. In der Nähe (max. 200 m) befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein gutes Cafe und verschiedene Restaurants. Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 280 verbindet die Anschrift mit zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms.Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und hat einen grünen Innenhof, der Kontakt zu Donata war über E-Mail und Handy möglich.

Beautiful Property

This is by far the nicest rental I have stayed in. Up to date and beautiful with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great location, lovely terrace and courtyard. Communicating with Donata was easy and check-in was a breeze.

Rome getaway

The apartment is as described. It is a great location with easy access to any places you plan to explore in Rome. There’s a great expresso bar across the street for a quick morning cappuccino and croissant. Donata is a great host and resource. We hope to return some day.
