COTTAGE cozy and comfortable

The villa, in which the COTTAGE is located, is located within a park of 5,000 m. q. bordered by massive walls.
This ensures peace and quiet, while residing in a lively city district, but also ample parking facilities.
The COTTAGE has an independent entrance.
The Janiculum hill, from whose terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view, and the dome of St. Peter's Basilica, are in the immediate vicinity.
Furthermore, the fast tramway 50 meters from the entrance gate leads to Piazza Venezia, in the center, passing through the historic Trastevere district, much appreciated for its many characteristic bars, where to drink, eat and listen to music.

Nette Gastgeber die einen mit Rat und Tat unterstützen können. Wir wurden gleich zu Anfang mit selbst gemachten Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Wir kamen mit dem Auto und mussten es im weiteren Verlauf nicht mehr benutzen. Es stand sicher im Grundstück der Gastgeber. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage im Grünen mit perfekter Anbindung an zwei Buslinien die in 25min direkt ins Zentrum entweder zum Vatikan oder auf die Piazza Venezia führen

Delightful!

An ideal stay for adults, with Claudio as friendly host. He picked us up and gave us a bruschetta snack upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities all worked and the local bus whizzed us direct to the centre of Rome.

Rome little heaven

Great location for VRBO. Bus service incredible Owner very accomodating picked us at airport and returned. Loved our stay very quiet, home away from home, away from all the hustle bustle of Rome.

Nice place!

The hosts were very helpful picking us up from the train station and bringing us back. The bus stop is not to far. The apartment was quaint and comfortable with a very nice sitting area outside!

Super Lage

Toll, da Lage und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel Anbindung spitze. Leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen, da aufgrund des Mispelbaums wir mit Insekten und vor allem Vögel und deren Hinterlassenschaften zu tun hatten. Die Bilder täuschen ein wenig bzgl. der Raum- und Terrassengrösse. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Good location in a peacefull place

Very good experience in this cottage All the places to visit in Rome are easily accessed by bus. The house is very clean and fully equipped. Hosts are welcolming and propose to pick you up at the airport which is very convenient ! I recommend deeply :)

Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft

Etwas ausserhalb gelegen, aber durch die gute Anbindung der Tram sind alle Ziele schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung. Man kann sich auch mal ein Frühstück zubereiten. Helles Bad mit Fenster. Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Gerne wieder!

Kleines Refugium in guter Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in Rom und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zum Öffnen des Einfahrtstores auf das abgeschlossene Gelände verlief unkompliziert. Von der Wohnung hat man einen weiten Blick auf ein parkähnliches Gelände. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt am Cottage. Sehr nette Beratung durch den Vermieter. Bequeme Fahrt mit der Strassenbahn zum Piazza Venezia (Mit Weg ab Haustür ca. 40-45 Min). Buslinien direkt zum Vatikan oder anderen Zielen sind ebenfalls fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Asunto hyvällä sijainnilla

Asunto sopi meille todella hyvin (2 aikuista). Lähellä hyvät julkisenliikenteen yhteydet raitiovaunulla ja bussilla niin Trasteveren/Piazza Venezian kuin Vatikaaninkin suuntaan. Asunnolle oli myös helppo tulla Fiumicinosta ensin Trasteveren asemalle ja siitä raitiovaunulla n. 100m päähän asunnosta. Lokakuun lopulla oli vielä sen verran lämmintä että arvostimme kätevää omaa patiota. Asunto vastasi kuvausta. Omistajat Kerstin ja Claudio ovat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita.

10 Year Anniversary Trip

We have just returned from our wonderful trip. We had a great time. The rental was phenomenal. It was out of the main hub of the city, so it was pretty quiet and peaceful, but also a close walking distance from public transportation that could get you right into the heart of the city. The hosts were awesome and very attentive to anything that we needed. There is gated access so it is very secure, priced very well, and easily accessible at anytime. This allows you to come and go as you please. Kerstin also surprised us with a small “gift” of driving us to a location to sightsee and take pictures. What a wonderful trip. We would highly recommend! Thank you so much to Kerstin for her hospitality and helping us navigate the city!

Wonderful place to stay...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Rome and this was the perfect place to stay. It is very cozy and well-equipped. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The place is very conveniently located with two major bus lines nearby. There is also a lot of grocery, restaurants etc. nearby. We really loved it. Will stay here again if we return to Rome

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über folgende Punkte: die sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat uns unerwarteterweise Wochenfahrkarten für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeboten, Auto konnten wir in gesichertem Bereich abstellen, Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern, ruhiger Ventilator über dem Bett, Klimaanlage vorhanden, nette Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien, gute Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (5 min zu Fuß), Supermarkt liegt in der Nähe (10 min zu Fuß) , Unterkunft liegt außerhalb vom touristischen Trubel, wunderschöner großer Park ist in der Nähe. Wir können das Einzimmer-Cottage für zwei Personen auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Perfect in every way.

All you want in a place to stay: spotless, well equipped, safe, secure and easy access to the heart of Rome with very good restaurants in close proximity. Kerstin and Claudio were responsive and kind hosts which made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Quiet and comfortable.

The property was well kept and care has gone into choosing the items within the cottage. The kitchen equipment was all of great quality making cooking and clean up easy. The place was comfortable and the hosts were friendly and attentive. Public busses are nearby but there are limited restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, there are still some choices and a grocery store. For the price we knew we would have to take a short bus ride to access some more attractions and services but it was well worth it and staying in a quiet area of the city was lovely. Would recommend staying here!
