"VICO 2 floor".
The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent new (April 2025) apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator, of an historical building, has an area of 180 square meters and consists of a living room with dining table (8 seats), large flat screen smart TV, separate fully equipped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, black marble floor. All beds are king size (200x160cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows and have high ceilings, characteristic of Roman’s ancient buildings. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, very quiet. Air conditioning, central heating, free wifi internet access, USB sockets, five smart TV, washer and dryer.
For our youngest guests we provide a baby cot (1-4 years old), high chair and baby bath.
The apartment is located in a beautiful building with entrance from Piazzale Flaminio. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to Piazza del Popolo and a ten minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. The “Flaminio” underground station is only twenty meters from the building.

For early check in and late check out, please ask the owner.
If we don't have any departure the same day of Your arrival, we allow free early check in from 10am. Otherwise You will be able to drop off Your luggage after the previous guests check out (10 am).
If we don't have any arrival the same day of Your departure, we allow free late check out till noon.

No bachelor / bachelorette parties, no photo shooting, no events and parties, no smoking.

It's mandatory in Italy, due to the law of public security, for hotel, B&B, vacation rentals to register the documents of their guests at the local autorithy within 24 hours from check-in. So You should, please, show Your passports upon arrival. Thanks.

Absolutely perfect! We had four adults and each enjoyed our own rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was seamless from booking to check in (and Allan meeting us at the apartment). Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful. The rooms were all well situated, private and roomy. We were greeted warmly by Allan who went over household rules. The team coordinated transfers for us, which really helped a lot.We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a beautiful apartment which the host has thought of everything you might need. Could do with some hooks to hang your wet towels on, bedroom 4 has some but not the other 3. Would definitely recommend the apartment and communication with the host was very good, responded quickly to any question we had. Check in easy.

This apartment was in an excellent location. Close to shops and resturants. The host communicated throughout and was very responsive to our needs. When we arrived at the airport a car had been arranged for us and we were quickly swept away to this amazing place. Allan ( I dont know if I spelled it correctly) had a bottle of wine chilled for us and showed us all of the amenities of the apartment. It was exactly how it was described with 4 beautiful bedrooms with en suites that was perfect for our family of 6 adults. I highly recommend staying here.

When in Rome…. Stay here!! Location was magnificent! Host was available and prompt at check in. Also went out of their way at the last minute for travel on departure. Beautiful, clean apartment. Great space for our family of 6. Our teenagers each got their own rooms, which they loved. So nice that each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Great location, close to everything we needed. It was wonderful to be able to walk to so many main attractions in the center of Rome.The A/C worked quite well, which was much appreciated for the 98 degree days in Rome. The negative for this place, which was a big one for us and would prevent us from staying there again, was the beds were ROCK hard, I mean like sleeping on a floor… I have never experienced such hard, uncomfortable beds in my life. I got horrible back pain from sleeping each night, as did my husband (very unusual for both of us) and even our 14 year old teenager really struggled with the discomfort and said he awoke frequently because of aches in his hips or back from the beds and just the inability to get comfortable for sleeping. They were all the same mattress so none provided relief. Also be aware “king” size noted in the description for all beds is a full or Queen size at most in America. The keys to operate the main entrance were also very challenging to get to click and turn. There were so many times we spent 5minutes trying and trying to get our key to work, in overwhelming heat or late at night it was frustrating.Considering the space and location, if they improved the mattresses and warmed the place up a bit with rugs and artwork, this apartment would be 5stars all the way.

Great location and very spacious! The location is perfect, within walking distances of most of the major monuments. The apartment is very spacious with lots of rooms. Really liked that every room had its own bathroom. It’s also nice to have a small kitchen. We didn’t cook but the refrigerator and microwave were used and very nice. The only issues we had were that the beds were fairly firm and there were not extra blankets or towels around. The large wooden door that we entered the building through was difficult to unlock. We were locked out of the building for 30 min our first night at 1030 pm until we finally figured out how to jiggle the key just right to get it opened. It was very particular. The elevator in the building is very small and I could not ride it due to claustrophobia. I just took the stairs. So if you have issues with small spaces and climbing stairs this may not be the unit for you. These were all very small and minor things. The apartment worked really well for our family of 7. We loved the space! Oh there is a plaza very close with a taxi station that we used a few times when we were going far so that was super convenient also!

It was such an amazing place to stay! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment manager was incredibly helpful. It was very safe and comfortable for our family of 7. We highly recommended this place!

Best place in Rome

This apartment is beautiful! Great location. Walking distance to the Colosseum and Vatican City. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this place for anyone. There were 4 bedrooms and each one had a bathroom. Fantastic!!

Roman Holiday with Famiky

The place was clean, well appointed, comfortable and stylish. Centrally located so we were able to walk to all attractions within 30 minutes. The host had a bottle of champagne and some fruit waiting for us, and was able to accommodate an early arrival. Allen was very informative and spent a lot of time orienting us and giving us some history of the place. Fidia was wonderful arranging all of our transfers.

Gorgeous apartment

Last minute we decided that staying in Rome needed to be part of our stay. Alan was our contact and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is brand new and adjacent to Popolo plaza. Restaurants, shopping, monuments, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Vatican ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!! We 7 adults all had the space needed. Thank you so much!
