Bright two bedrooms apartment at 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum

Bright apartment within walking distance of the Colosseum (about 15 minutes walk), and the metro (6 minutes walk). A perfect central location, a few meters from museums, stores, public transportation and supermarkets, to experience Rome at its best and relax in a cozy apartment with two loft rooms, a double room, and a twin room, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with TV and sofa.

The apartment consists of a large living area with sofa and TV, which is very bright thanks to the large window overlooking the beautiful Labicano neighborhood.
The two bedrooms are located on the wooden loft, and are connected by a small service bathroom. The main bathroom, on the other hand, has a shower.
The kitchen adjacent to the living room has everything you need for cooking.
The area where the apartment is located is strategic as you can reach in just 15 minutes the Colosseum and the Archaeological Park, the Monti district and the beautiful Basilicas of Porta Maggiore and that of San Giovanni in Laterano. In addition, a few steps from the apartment are the stops of several buses and streetcar No. 3 that leads directly to Trastevere. The nearest metro stop is Manzoni, and it is only 5 minutes away.

Arrivals after 20:00 require payment of an extra EUR 30 while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.

For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.
