"Skyline" is a luxurious and very bright 180m2 penthouse, with two large terraces, furnished with great care and elegance just a few hundred meters from the Vatican Museums and the Cyprus underground station.
Equipped with all comforts, it consists of five bedrooms (1 double, 1 double / twin bed, 2 singles with possible second bed, 1 single) three bathrooms (two with shower and one with shower and tub), a laundry / ironing and, above all, a very large 'living'. The living area, separate from the sleeping area, is an indisputable strength of the house, which occupies the entire fifth floor of the building. It is an 'open space', surrounded by large windows, which houses large sofas for relaxing, a large dining table, a TV corner and the kitchen, equipped with everything you need.
The apartment, very quiet, has independent heating, air conditioning in all rooms and free wifi. It can accommodate up to 9 people and is also particularly suitable for families with children and / or teenagers. Two of the 5 bedrooms, in fact, are equipped with toys, stuffed animals, books, board games ... for a holiday that takes into consideration even the little ones and the moments of pause between one visit and another of the city.
Finally, on hot days it is possible to enjoy two large and panoramic equipped terraces.

Beautiful penthouse apartment but it had its limitations.

AC was out for 4 days. Elevator broke down for 36 hours. It is owners home and it has a lot of personal stuff out. Not really kid friendly. Penthouse Apartment is spacious and beautiful. But it is not 10 minutes from St Peters. Maybe if you get a taxi. More like 20 minutes walk at a minimum. Nearest metro is probably 20 minutes too.

Loved our time there

We really enjoyed our time there. There was only one issue as the air conditioning units kept flipping the circuit breaker - but the owner was very helpful in getting that solved.

Great home away from home

Valeria was a wonderful and friendly host. She gave us an extensive tour of the apartment when we arrived and answered questions quickly via the app during our stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and everything worked. It is well suited for a large family or group of friends to hang out. The area is very convenient with supermarket and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We used itTaxi to get taxis mostly so don't know about the public transport situation. We would definitely stay here again while in Rome.

Beautiful and spacious home

This was a beautiful, spacious home with all the comforts of home. My only complaint is that we could have used more keys for the size of our group. You need the key to exit or enter the property, so we had to really coordinate our comings and goings.

Was a little out of the way from everything but could ask for a cleaner house. Was close to a store to get food and stuff. Close to restaurants. Taxi cab away to all the site

Perfect blend of comfort and convenience

Valeria was an excellent host, meeting us for our check-in and orienting us to the locale. We enjoyed days in Rome, returning to a nice flat for relaxation and family meals - would highly recommend!

Awesome apartment.

What an amazing apartment, and Valeria is an awesome host. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay during our visit to Rome. So conveniently located but also out of the chaos. Excellent restaurants, bars and gelato just around the corner. Easy to get to public transport and supermarkets. Valeria's apartment is amazingly well equipped and if you are travelling with a family you will have everything you need. Thanks Valeria for a wonderful stay.

Truly lovely

Spacious and beautiful! It’s a 10 min walk to subway but uphill on way back. Terrace and views are beautiful. Helpful to know: Owner is great and helps with taxis. There is no dryer but clothes line. You need to pay Tourist tax in Euros /cash when you arrive which for my family added up to € 200. It’s a nice neighborhood with nice market. Relaxing and so enjoyable after long days of sightseeing. We loved it!

Beautiful Accommodations & Gracious Host

Loved being able to come back to the apartment after a day exploring Rome and surrounding area to unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace as we visited about our day. Comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 adults. Valeria was welcoming and took the time to show us how things worked. She also offered suggestions on where to go and helped arrange transportation to the airport for our departure.

Beautiful Apartment

Lovely apartment with plenty of room for the six women in our party. Very interesting and original decorating by the owner which made us feel at home. It was nice to stay in Rome outside of the tourist areas. Very relaxing.

A truly five-star property

This beautiful fifth floor condo is modern, quiet, secure, and the best home base we could've hoped for during our week in Rome. We so enjoyed the amazing sunsets while relaxing on the spacious terrace almost every evening. Comfortable beds, nice linens, and a well-appointed kitchen with plenty of room for our party of five adults with room to spare. Very clean, well organized and the decor is beautifully and carefully curated. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier and the host even helped us schedule transport to the airport for our early morning departure. I could not recommend this property more to friends or family wishing to visit the Eternal City. Many thanks to the host for sharing their home with us!

Wonderful

It is a lovely, well supplied condo with shades for light control and a lot of tv options. The metro and bus were a little too far for us to walk in temperatures in the 90s, but it was a friendly nieghborhood. Only the toaster and coffee pot need updating. Everything else was terrific. Even the sunny laundry room dried our clothes in hours. I am now in an elaborate place in Athens, yet I miss being in Valeria's comfortable home.

Beautiful Home

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at this home in Rome. Valeria Is wonderful to work with. She greeted us at the home and walked us through everything. The home is beautifully decorated, and we thoroughly enjoyed the views from the windows and from the deck. Would definitely stay there again.
