Modern 28-square-meter studio apartment located a 5-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II di Savoia. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator (not wheelchair accessible), perfect for 2 people.

The apartment is located just a short walk from the Manzoni metro stop (a 2-minute walk); Rome’s Termini Central Station is just two stops away.

The property consists of a single, well-organized open space with a double bed, a kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with a double bed (140x190 cm), SMART TV, dining table with chairs, and inverter split air conditioner;

- KITCHEN AREA with electric stovetop (2 burners), refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split inverter units, hair dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board, mosquito net.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
