Great Location near all the attractions

Great Location, the apartment needs some attention. Bathroom makes weird loud sounds when you flush, kitchen really small and not really for cooking and the stairs are an issue if you are not fit. The location makes up for a lot of the inconvenience but parking is an issue so take this into consideration

Bon séjour

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal et permet de tout faire à pieds. Il est situé à 100 m de la place Navone. La clim est tombée en panne durant notre séjour et le propriétaire est venu la réparer tout de suite. Terrasse très sympa. Appartement propre, même s'il mériterait un petit coup de neuf car certains aménagements font vieillots. Il est à noter que les serviettes de toilettes étaient de bonne facture et que du savon / gel douche était fourni. Bref, bon appartement à louer pour visiter Rome.

Appartamento Perfetto

Seeing that the listing only had two reviews, I was a little hesitant to book a VRBO at such an affordable price compared to the other listings in the same area. There had to be some sort of catch, right? Nope! It was truly a pleasant surprise to walk into the home and have all our expectations surpassed. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were quite comfortable for our standards. The bathroom had everything that four men could ever need. The balcony was pleasant to sit on and listen to the live music playing at night. The property managers Luca and Alessandro were very communicative and helpful, and provided us with a handmade informational book over all the cheap and good restaurants in the area. The location of the listing was wonderful, everything felt like it was in walkable distance. The only thing that other reviews mention that I’d reiterate is the amount of stairs it takes to get to the room - for us it was totally fine, but I’d be a little weary about taking my grandparents here.

All about location

This is first time I have ever stayed anywhere with only 1 review. I count on reviews to help find the perfect solution. I hope this helps you. I chose this for location first and because I needed beds in different rooms since traveling with wife & sister. It provided the best solution. If my wife and I were traveling alone, there are better properties and better prices (based on past travel to Rome). For location this is perfect if you plan to explore old city by foot. In fact I’d give it 10 stars for location if I could. I can’t complain about 75 steps to the apartment, listing said it was on 4th floor and no elevator. Luca was there on arrival and even helped with luggage. I knew what I was getting in to. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning in bedroom rattled a lot so we would cool down room and then turn off to sleep. The balcony was nice to have for sitting outside at times. It takes keys and 4 different doors to get up to apartment and one of the keys often stuck so that was a little annoying. I’d call this a functional apartment, nothing fancy. It did not feel dirty, everything seemed clean except bathtub could use serious cleaning or a resurface. If owner put effort in to this place it could be much nicer feeling. Overall, it was functional and served my purpose but don’t know that I would stay again. Would not recommend with children. Good for fit adults needing the # beds. Great location, 3 star hotel level feel.

Excellent place in the Centro Storico

Can’t rave enough about this spot. It had no reviews when I booked it last minute but everything turned out so well in the end-cleanliness, communication, location, a/c, rooftop. One piece of advice is you have to climb many stairs to reach it (no elevator), but if you’re fit/young it shouldn’t be much of an issue. Thanks again for making my stay in Rome unbelievable!
