An entire first-floor apartment with an elevator in an elegant building located in a central area with excellent public transportation access.<br>We are in the Appio Metronio neighborhood, just a ten-minute walk from the Colosseum and 15 minutes from the Basilica of St. John Lateran.<br>The area is known for two things: it’s a residential neighborhood well-equipped with all amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a produce market, pharmacies, and shops), yet at the same time, we’re very close to one of Rome’s most iconic landmarks, the Colosseum, as well as Rome’s most important church outside the Vatican: the Basilica of St. John Lateran.<br>Your living space:<br>An entire apartment of approximately 70 square meters, recently renovated and tastefully furnished, laid out as follows:<br>- a spacious and bright entryway;<br>- a spacious and cozy living room featuring a comfortable two-seater sofa bed, an open-shelf wardrobe with a dresser, a small sofa, a 55" smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning, and an exquisite vintage table made of crystal and wrought iron with four comfortable upholstered chairs. The living room opens onto a spacious little balcony;<br>- the master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with storage, a large custom-built closet with a built-in smart TV, a spacious shoe rack, and air conditioning (heating and cooling).<br>- A large, spacious kitchen furnished with top-quality Italian-made appliances, a coffee table with a coffee maker, an induction cooktop, a double sink, a built-in oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a wine cooler, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a washing machine.<br>- Elegantly furnished bathroom with a spacious shower and equipped with a hair dryer.
