It offers one bedroom with super king size bed, bathroom with shower and lovely living room with kitchenette. Apartment is located in an unique position to live an unforgettable experience in eternal city, a few steps from Trevi's Fountain, Pantheon, Colisseum and more. Moreover, through window, you can see magnificent monument of Vittoriano in Venezia Square.
The cleaning service is provided daily.

Upon request, we can arrange a transfer to/from the airport or train station with our limousine service, Mercedes Viano, and our trusted drivers.

Arrivals after 8:00 PM require an extra charge of €30, while after midnight, the cost will be €60.

In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service upon request, such as a basket made up of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a birthday cake, a tailor-made tour, or a transfer service. Visit our Services and Experiences pages for more information.

I missed doing more research on the area of this VRBO. It is on the busiest, Main Street in Rome and the balcony is right above it. Lots of noses, sirens, smells …. If you want that type of lodging - this is the spot for you.Communication with the staff before & during was great. They arranged drivers for us to & from train station & airport. Felt safe ….. just way too much commotion for us.Grazie

When in Rome

Best location for getting around to all historical sites. Amazing restaurants just steps away. The place was well maintained and had everything we needed. The only downside was that VRBO had that breakfast was included which it was NOT.

Amazing Suite 5

Had a lovely stay. It was very central so perfect to explore the city but it is noisy at night. We are not too bothered by noise but if you need quiet to sleep this is probably not the place for you - however they do supply ear plugs. Unfortunately the view from the balcony was obscured by some large green silos throughout our stay which was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we booked this accommodation. Obviously this is out of the control of the property managers but you may wish to check on the progress of the works if this is a deal breaker for you! Otherwise the communication was fantastic and whenever we required help they were very quick to respond. Breakfast was across the road but was very tasty and the apartment was clean and spacious (although would benefit from a bottle opener).

Great location

While a little out of the way, it was located close to a few of the sites and within walking distance to most others . We were also able to get transportation easily in front of the building . The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast at Vivi was good !

Everything from check in to check out was so smooth! The place was beyond our expectations and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Want to thank the young lady this morning who was helping us to get a can. Hate we didn’t see you again but we finally got a cab. Such a wonderful experience!!

Great stay in Rome.

The rental was as advertised. Clean and in a great location. The host was very responsive. The only negative, if there was one, is that it is close to the street and the noises from the street was loud. It was not a problem for us, but if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing suite #5 in Rome

It is exactly as described! Amazing. Stayed 8 days and did not want to leave! You will love it. Very busy street but quiets down at night. So beautiful and epitome of comfort. Great locations and best restaurants behind the building. The best experience! Easy access to restaurants, shopping and 10 minute walks to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. But there is no washer and dryer as listed, other than that, everything was great

Loved it!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. Location was awesome (10 minute walk from the coliseum and many very good restaurants). The apartment was sparkling clean and brand new. But the best part was the service - 5 STAR for sure - they met our every need! I recommend all the way around.

10/10 recommend this property! It was in the heart of Rome. Super easy to get around the area if you want to site see! We did not thing it was noisy, although we love the hustle and bustle and who wouldn’t.. it’s Rome! We loved the balcony and the breakfast in the morning was great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Location

This place is great, steps away from everything! Yes, it is noisy, but you’re in the middle of everything! The noise didn’t bother us at all. I sat on the balcony every morning and evening just to watch all the craziness! It was the best. They provide earplugs as well. Breakfasts were great. The only thing that wasn’t great was the TV, which my husband liked to watch in the evenings. Picture was terrible in both rooms. Bring your own washcloth!

Amazing Indeed!

My husband and I spent 15 nights here in April. Everything was just great. LOCATION: The apartment is in the most perfect spot in Rome to walk everywhere. It's in the middle of it all at Piazza Venezia. Of course, that means it is a bit noisy sometime, so if you want a quiet place, maybe somewhere else... On the other hand, don't come to Rome! It's a major tourist destination! APARTMENT: living/dining/kitchen, nice size bedroom. Good size bathroom. It's on the second floor (Italians say 1St floor), so very convenient. Elevator, of course. Nice linens. SERVICE: These young professionals really understand customer service! Wonderful housekeepers. Barbara helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Francesca handled communication at lightning speed. Giuseppe and Georgina were both very helpful. They coordinated private car airport pickup and delivery at a most reasonable price; they coordinated a laundry service; and they coordinated our breakfast, including special dietary needs! They spoiled us no end - like having a concierge!!

Perfect, central apartment in Rome

It is the perfect apartment in a central location to all the classic rome attractions (colosseum, Trevi, Spanish steps, etc). The little terrace overlooking the piazza was a major selling point. Had espresso out here in the morning and wine before dinner. I know some reviews mentioned the traffic noise but I live in NYC and use a white noise app so didn’t notice it at all. The hosts were easy to work with too! Would stay here again if I find myself back in Rome :)

Amazing Suites in an Amazing Location

The property had all the amenities needed to make a vacation stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, and easy to get to most tourist destinations. The outside was noisy being so close to Piazza Venezia, and the many ambulances provided noise late into the night. There were a few issues..the refrigerator leaked water on the floor throughout most of our stay, if you opened the windows for fresh air, the mosquitoes would surely come inside, the white sofa was dirty, and the suite was due for an update, particularly the bathroom floors. However, that did not hurt the experience much. Barbara was really the person who made the stay amazing. Barbara provided information necessary to have a smooth visit such as taxi info, restaurants, and tourist attractions, and she was only a text away when needed. Overall, the Amazing Suites meets expectations.

NICE CONDO. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT

A NICE PLACE IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION TO ALL ATTRACTIONS. IVANA WAS AWESOME. HOWEVER THE NOISE LEVEL DUE TO THE STREET IT IS ON IS EXTRA ORDINARY. IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. THEY PROVIDED EAR PLUGS, BUT THERE IS NO REAL HELP FOR THIS TYPE OF NOISE LEVEL.

Great suite, great location!!

We had a lovely stay in Rome and absolutely loved this suite. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and great amenities. In fact, there was nothing we needed in the suite that wasn’t provided. There was even an information booklet left and we tried some great restaurants that were suggested and really enjoyed them! The location really couldn’t have been better and we managed to walk to many of the places we were wanting to see, also the hop-on-hop-off bus was nearby. The included breakfast was a very nice addition and was in a lovely rooftop location very nearby. We had such a nice stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this location again!!

Great place to stay on your vacation!

This property was so clean and up to date. It is wonderful for a family with a private bedroom and pull-out coach for the kids! The property manager couldn't have been nicer and took the time to greet us and introduce us to the area. The air conditioning was wonderful, especially during the heat of the summer. The location of this property is amazing and it is easy to walk to all the local sights of Rome.

Excellent Location! Wonderful Staff. Clean, Modern, and Worth Every Cent

Location is perfect!! It is literally steps away from where Stalin made his speech to inform the citizens of Italy of their entrance into WWII and across the street from Napoleon Bonaparte's mother's residence. Only a few more steps take you to the Colosseum and the Forum. Head 2 blocks in the opposite direction and you are at Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. As a location, you are quite perfectly perched for everything. This, however, comes at a small cost, sadly. The location is a bit loud. There is a major bus pick-up and drop-off in the piazza across the street and it's a very busy intersection. For this reason, I recommend either a pair of ear plugs, if you are a light sleeper, or possibly a white noise machine. Other than this, which is out of the owners' hands, the apartment is perfect. You will not be disappointed by your choice!! It was meticulously cleaned and appointed well. Bed was comfy, furniture is modern and clean. A word about the owners and our trip: Our flight was delayed and then rescheduled and my phone wasn't set up for international calls so we were using VRBO for communication at first. Then on top of that, we got stuck at the airport office for lost luggage for another 45 minutes. Arriving half a day late and with only half our bags, your driver was patiently waiting, as was our hostess. What could have made the start of our trip even worse, was instead mediated and made better by your staff and excellent communication and helpfulness.
