Spacious and modern apartment right next to Vatican City.

The newly renovated house, with wooden floors and generous size (119 m2), consists of:
- 1 open space living room with kitchen
- 2 large double rooms
- 1 single bedroom
- 3 full bathrooms

Located in the center of Rome's most sought-after neighborhood, it is just a few minutes walk from Piazza Risorgimento and from one of the most popular shopping streets.

Perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy Rome to the fullest.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds (they can be joined together upon request) and the third slightly smaller bedroom has a single bed.
Each guest will be provided with two pillows, Classic and Memory Foam.

Every room is equipped with closets where you can store your clothes and a private full bathroom, providing excellent privacy from the rest of your family or friends.

The marble bathrooms have very spacious walk-in showers. Courtesy kits with shampoo and shower gel are provided, as well as a hair dryer.

The very bright living room has a comfortable sofa and a large wooden table where you can gather to eat and have fun all together.
All this is completed by a Samsung 50'' 4k Smart TV with Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc.
You can enjoy a leisurely evening (subscriptions are not included).

The kitchen is new, like the rest of the apartment, and is equipped with all amenities such as fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and various kitchen utensils.

In addition to the welcome kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and down comforters available.

Everything you need to make your stay in the Eternal City perfect.

Short stay in Rome

Our group of 7 (adults and children) enjoyed our 3 night stay in this property. Check-in and check-out were very simple. We appreciated that we were able to do laundry and iron our clothes with the applicable and equipment in the property.

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful part of Rome

My family and I had a great time in Rome and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was close to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, markets and shops so anything that you could need is easily accessible. The Ottaviano merto station is a short walk away although it was closed during our stay. It opens again in early September 2024 so it shouldn't be an issue for most people reading this review. The apartment was clean, had comfortable beds, air conditioning in the two larger bedrooms, and nice bathrooms located in each bedroom. There is also a small lift that goes up the center of the stairs which was great after a long day of exploring the city. The property owner Frederico was responsive and very easy to work with as well. I look forward to returning to this beautiful city soon and will likely stay hear again.

Highly recommend this property

I just spent the past 5 days in Rome staying at this fabulous flat. The flat was perfect with 3BR and 3 ensuite bathrooms. It is also in a nice location with a fantastic coffee shop/acai/smoothie shop right below and a couple of great restaurants nearby. Federico was very responsive and helpful ensuring access to the apartment as well.

excellent location and very comfortable apartment

the apartment is excellent with three bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom. there is air conditioning to make the stay comfortable. We were very comfortable in the space with 5 adults. the owner has information for local restaurants, coffee shops and markets which we used and enjoyed those locations. It was always easy to communicate with the owner and he responded quickly each interaction. The apartment is close to a metro stop and in a nice neighborhood that is quiet at night also.

Perfect location across street from a fantastic wine bar and great restaurants. Apartment was comfortable and cozy for our family of 5. Very good communication from host. We loved Rome - would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment!

We enjoyed staying at this apartment while in Rome. The location was very close to Vatican. The apartment is clean and beautiful and we enjoyed getting to spread out a bit since there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is delicious açai breakfast place just downstairs and out the door, and so many restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Our New Home in Rome

We just finished our stay at this property. We absolutely loved it and we were very sad to leave. The location is perfect. It's in a nice, safe neighborhood with many delicious restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the Vatican. Our favorite restaurant was Emma's Pizzeria. We were no more than 15 to 20 minutes away from the Coliseum and Trevi Fountain by metro or taxi. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Federico was available at all times to answer any question and give recommendations to help make our trip easier. We highly recommend this property and hope to return someday to Rome and stay there again.

Amazing Stay!

Just perfect!

We stayed just two night before a family cruise…. And our experience did not disappoint! The neighborhood is lovely with close proximity to the Vatican, and easy access to other major sights not to be missed. There are many dining options around every corner. The apartment was clean, bright, and the perfect spot to rest after a long day of travel and sight seeing. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms nicely appointed. Our host was the perfect amount of attentiveness…friendly and welcoming and available if we needed anything, including answering questions about the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Apartment, Great Location!

This adorable apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Each bedroom contained a private bath, giving all of us extra space and privacy. We slept well in the comfortable beds after a full day of touring beautiful Roma! The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated with modern decor. We were grateful for the espresso and delicious cookies left by our host as well as the elevator in the building when we first arrived with all of our luggage! The apartment is in a great location, with restaurants, wine cafe and shopping near by. The Vatican was an easy 15 minute walk. The host was very responsive and easy to work which we very much appreciated! We will most definitely come back to this apartment when we return!

Fantastic apartment and location

A perfect home for exploring Rome! Family of 5 adults, so the bedroom set up worked well, all having en suite bathrooms was great. We were there during the July heatwave, so we were very grateful for the air conditioning. Easy access to bus (there’s a stop just around the corner), metro (8 minute walk), great restaurants (loved La Soffitta) and shopping. Federico is a great host, we can’t wait to return! Grazie Mille!
