A lovely, Spanish style and very spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom detached Villa with a large private swimming pool.

The Villa has several sun terraces including a designated BBQ area, a lovely garden with mature plants. Inside the furniture and decor is of a high standard and equipped to an equally high level which includes free WiFi, Sat TV and hot and cold air conditioning.

Perfectly situated and just a 2 minute walk into the main town of Ciudad Quesada, with all of it`s bars and restaurants.

The nearest golf course is 2 km from the Villa with the lovely blue flag beaches of Guardamar 8 minutes by car, making this Villa the perfect base for holidays.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.

Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca South just 8 kilometers north from the popular holiday destinations of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura. Nearby towns include Rojales and San Fulgencio.

Ciudad Quesada is an extremely popular choice for holiday makers who are looking for a base and tranquility for their ideal break. Great break in Quesada Spain

Villa was spacious and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay, pool was immaculate and also had an outside bar. The local resort had loads of nightlife, restaurants and bars, right on your doorstep, the staff at Camelot Homes, Russel and Francisco were helpful and always on hand if you needed them, overall a brilliant stay and we will definitely be back

Villa best weve stayed at pool a godsend we welcomed the refreshments etc that were there on arrival which we happily replenished. The area was brilliant plenty of bars and restaurants a supermarket at the end of the road a very short walk we wanted to go to torrevieja so tried to book a taxi but none of them seemed to want to take us eventually we booked one on line that apparently is best way to go i left a small map in the guest book for other guests to this villa when we turned up we was directed a long way around to the company holding the keys but found that there was a very short way in opposit direction overall best holiday had fabulous time at this villa look forward to our next visit 5star

Lovely villa

The villa is situated near to the centre of Quesda and is within a 5 minute walk of the plentiful restaurants, supermarkets and amenities. There is a gym and bowling alley opposite if you’re feeling energetic. The villa itself is bright and airy, pretty garden, lovely pool and was cleaned to a high standard. We had a couple of minor issues which were fixed in a couple of hours. We decided not to hire a car and instead took a taxi from Alicante so can’t comment on the surrounding area. All in all a great relaxing holiday in a beautiful villa. We will certainly return in the future.

One of the best villa's i have stayed in. Being doing villa's for 13 yrs this, for the money is the best all over package. Villa itself, roomy, all the bedrooms were comfy. Bathrooms all good. Living area was great and also kitchen all worked well. Pool area, massive plus. Bar area to the rear was my favourite place, outdoor fridge helps alot on hols. Biggest plus for this villa is LOCATION. 2 min walk to Bowling and mini Golf. Fish n chip shop and bar opposite. Whats not to love. 5 min walk to supermarkets and main strip in Quesada. No car needed. We even walked 15mins to waterpark. Only been back a day and i already want to book here again!!!!!!

Great location & outdoor space

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this well located villa which is close to all the local amenities including the Quesada “ high street” with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The off road parking was a big bonus. The villa itself has a fantastic outside space, the pool is very clean and well maintained about 8x4m in size so perfect to cool down and float on your lilo. There are a number of seating areas including good shaded ones, the sun beds were nice and comfy and the sun was on the garden area from 10am to 7pm (in Oct). Whilst we didn’t use it, there is a good outside kitchen and BBQ area. Inside the villa there is a large kitchen and living space and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms we feel need a little attention as they are quite dated. The en-suite room we used had a small double bed which creaked every time you moved (it was comfortable though) & the shower was small and using a curtain didn’t help with it sticking to you. We are use to a super-king at home and walk in shower so this may not be an issue for everyone. Any contact with the owner and rental company was immediately responded to even on weekend and public holidays, so a faultless service there. The house was spotlessly clean and was a great choice for us to grab some winter sun - Thank you

Great villa in a perfect location

We had a lovely stay , the villa was fantastic , really well equipped and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The layout of the villa was perfect for a family , having the pool , bbq and bar all on one level was ideal . The villa was Ideally located , the restaurants and supermarkets were all within a 5 minute walk . CH holidays provided a great service and were really helpful throughout the booking process. We are all ready planning our next trip to the villa!
