Great place to stay!

Our family vacation here was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect – quiet and peaceful. The house itself is stunning, with everything we could have hoped for. The outdoor area around the pool was simply magnificent, and the view was the cherry on top. We had everything we expected and more. We’re already thinking about coming back with some friends next time – it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy time together!

Uitstekend!

We hebben de meest geweldige tijd hier gehad! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons zo welkom en ontspannen. Het huis is prachtig ontworpen – alles is stijlvol en comfortabel, waardoor het de perfecte plek is om tot rust te komen. Het buitengebied met het zwembad is gewoon adembenemend, ideaal om van zonnige dagen of rustige avonden te genieten. Het is de perfecte plek om aan de drukte te ontsnappen. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een rustige vakantie!

Soggiorno Indimenticabile a Rogoznica!

La villa era perfetta per il nostro gruppo di amici, con spazi ampi e accoglienti. La piscina salata con idromassaggio era un angolo di paradiso dove abbiamo trascorso ore a rilassarci e chiacchierare. La cucina era ben attrezzata, e abbiamo adorato preparare i pasti insieme con ingredienti freschi del mercato locale. Ogni camera era un rifugio di comfort, con letti comodissimi e bagni privati. Abbiamo anche approfittato delle belle spiagge vicine, che erano facilmente raggiungibili. Non posso dimenticare i deliziosi ristoranti di Rogoznica, dove abbiamo gustato ottimi piatti di pesce. In sintesi, questo soggiorno è stato davvero indimenticabile, e non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Dreamy Adriatic Escape

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful retreat above Rogoznica, and I can't recommend it enough! The views of the Adriatic Sea were absolutely breathtaking, especially from the hydro-massage saltwater pool, which became my favorite spot to unwind. The villa comfortably accommodated our group of eight, and the spacious living areas made it easy to gather and enjoy meals together. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved cooking with fresh local ingredients. Each bedroom was a cozy sanctuary with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring everyone had their privacy. We spent our days lounging by the pool and exploring the nearby beaches. The charming town of Rogoznica offered lovely restaurants and unique sights, like the Dragon’s Eye Lake. Overall, our stay was truly unforgettable, and I can't wait to return!

Fabulous well located luxury villa

Designed with great taste this 4 bedroomed luxury villa afforded everything a holidaymaker would desire, you really feel the luxury when you sit on the sofas or sleep in the beds. The villa has beautiful surroundings, lots of tranquillity, a few shops within easy reach and more commercial places (split, Trojia, Primosten ) a 10 to 30 minute drive away. Booking, arrival, handover and close were all affected perfectly and our hosts were very happy and helpful they even bought us a drink in the local bar! The pool and outside space has everything you need, sun, shade, bbq, ice maker etc and we loved it. our party was 6 pension aged but active individuals with a car. We were on our second visit to Razanj in Croatia - it’s still unspoiled and breathtakingly beautiful. Highly recommended
