The Luxury Villa Carpe Diem Paradise is located directly at the Adriatic Sea. It is only 80m from the beach with a phantastic view over the peninsula of Rogoznica, its bays and the open sea. The terrace and the beautiful infinity pool are facing west, so you can enjoy amazing sunsets.
The Luxury Villa Carpe Diem Paradise is built at highest standards with materials from the Croatian coast, equipped with German technology and Italian furniture - an ideal place to relax, to have fun and to enjoy the Croatian summer well as a balmy spring and season prolonging autumn!
The Luxury Villa Carpe Diem Paradise has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The big open kitchen is fully equipped. There are also abar and a big dining table. Furthermore, there is the living room with a cozy sofa and two armchairs next to the warm chimney. On this floor you will also find a separate TV-room with a sofa where 2 more persons may sleep, meaning the capactity of the villa is 8+2 persons.
From thisarea on the ground floor you have access to the terrace with sunloungers, a spacious dining table and the barbecue as well as the pool area – an infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi.

Perfect stay in a perfect villa!

Our stay at Villa Carpe Diem Paradise was highly enjoyable. The villa is extremely airy and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is very well equipped and the coffee machine was just to our taste. The dining room and living room are beautifully and comfortably designed. The exterior of the villa is the main reason why we chose to book this holiday villa. The infinity pool with built-in massage jets functioned flawlessly. We spent most of the evening on the terrace enjoying the grilled fish that my husband enjoyed cooking. The views from here are beautiful despite the fact it is not in the first row to the sea.

This villa is truly stunning and impressive with its design and details. The best feature is the excellent position and its calming sea views. The beautiful beach is less than a minute walk. I recommend that you have a car and explore the nearby area.

Tolle Lage und High-End-Villa

Ich werde diese Villa meinen Freunden und Arbeitskollegen empfehlen. Die Villa ist von sehr guter Qualität und bietet Platz für 8 Personen und einen schönen Pool. Die Rogoznica ist eine sehr friedliche und ruhige Siedlung. Es bietet viel für einen aktiven Urlaub. Wir genossen Radwege in einem schönen Dorf. Außerdem half uns unser Agent, zwei SUPs für eine Woche zu mieten, und wir machten eine Bootsfahrt zu kleinen Inseln in der Nähe.

Perfect stay!

We have just returned from a week at Villa Carpe Diem. It was stunning. It lives up to the photos and the views of the sea. The villa was immaculate on arrival left us some things in the fridge so we were able to have something to eat on arrival. There really isn't anything we could criticize about our stay or the facilities. You will not be disappointed if you decide to make a booking.

Huset var fantastisk!

Huset var fantastisk! Stort og romslig - velutstyrt - luftig - lettstelt og med en fantastisk utsikt. En opplevelse å våkne i grålysningen og se solen stå opp. God plass utendørs og et herlig oppvarmet basseng - også med den samme flotte utsikten. Vi var 5 i huset og fikk 8 lunsjgjester en dag. Ikke noe problem. Her var det tilstrekkelig med stoler, kopper, glass, tallerkener og bestikk. Dette er ganske uvanlig ellers! Og personalet på Villas var svært imøtekommende og hjalp til med det minste problem. Var det noe, ble det fikset straks! Og en ansatt snakket t.o.m. norsk! Alle var smilende og blide og hjelpsomme!

Wish we could stay longer!

The house is very spacious, modern, new and comfortable. It has excellent facilities. We were 2 couples with each 1 child. There is a slight difference in luxury between the bedrooms upstairs and the one downstairs. The pool and the view are stunning! Wish I could stay longer.

Super Haus

Wir waren zu 6 unterwegs die Villa war riesig - wir hatten 4 Schlafzimmer und das Meer ist sehr nah vom Haus entfernt - eine wirklich tolle Kulisse und am Strand kann man Liegen und Schirme mieten!!

Stay longer!

Don’t stay here just one night it’s not long enough. The place is modern comfortable and in a great location. I was sad we had to go.
