The house has two floors, each with one residential unit, connected by outdoor stairs. There is a travel bed on both floors for small children. The lower floor is suitable for wheelchair users. It is only 40 metres to the beach. It is 200 metres to a shopping market. There are restaurants and bars, a bank and a post office two kilometres from the house. It is a 500-metre walk to a bus stop. Trips to the nearby towns of Sibenik (30km), Trogir (25km) and Split (50km) are to be recommended, with a range of culture and entertainment. There are also two national parks nearby, Krka (40km) and Kornati (70km).
