The Urban Jungle Oasis is so-named because its located centrally in Rogers, nearby Mercy Hospital of NWA, Walmart AMP, and everything else Pinnacle Hills has to offer. Whether you’re visiting the area to work in the hospital, attend a meeting at the convention center or have tickets to the next concert at the AMP, the space we created will give you a place to unwind and relax at the end of any day. Everything in the space has been newly remodeled and redesigned. LIVING ROOM Open and airy, the living room is the center of all the activities of this condo. Theres plenty of space to spread out, have a game night or snuggle up on the extra long sectional to watch a movie on the 70” Samsung SmartTV. You’ll be ready to move in for good! DINING ROOM The living room flows directly into the dining space. The dining area offers seating for 6 at the large table as well as two more at the bar space. Tall ceilings and large windows make the dining space bright and welcoming, it makes a great spot to setup a feast or even your Work From Home operation- with room to spread everything out. KITCHEN At Native Host, we LOVE to cook. We believe the kitchen is the center of every home and part of staying like a local is having the option to shop the local farmers market and cook a gourmet meal at home. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils and tools you could possibly need. GARAGE / BIKE FACILITIES: There is a two car attached garage to the condo which makes parking a breeze and also offers ample space to safely store your bicycles and gear. NWA has so many trails and adventure for everyone, so if you’re visiting us with this in mind, know that we have a safe space for all your toys. BATHROOM There are attached full bathrooms upstairs to each of the two bedrooms. There is also a half bath downstairs. We supply hotel quality linens and towels throughout the house as well as standard bathroom amenities. OUTSIDE SPACE The back patio area at the Urban Jungle Oasis offers you a place to cook out on the propane gas grill provided. There is also lounge chairs with a view to the west to catch a sunset. LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room and give guests the ability to truly make this place home during their extended stay. The Native Host team are proud to make their Back40 Bungalow available for your exclusive use for however long you need to make your reservation. The home and its outside spaces will be yours and yours alone. Only a cleaning closet in the bungalow can’t be accessed. Your hosts are determined to give every guest the chance to sample the delights of living in Northwest Arkansas. So they’ll be available via the Airbnb app or text to give advice, support, and answer questions about the bungalow and local area. They’ll even ensure there’s a little goodie bag filled with a few treats waiting for you when you arrive. The Urban Jungle Oasis is situated in Rogers conveniently off Interstate 49 and is nestled between the Pinnacle Hills area and Pleasant Grove area. Both offer many fantastic dining and shopping options as well as entertainment (Top Golf, Fast Lanes, Walmart AMP). Please note- this is a condo with attached walls to our friendly neighbors. Please treat this as your own home and respect the neighbors by honoring quiet hours (11pm - 7 am) and parking in designated parking spots (two car garage, street parking, and one space in the condo lot) Bringing your own car or renting one is definitely the best way to reach the Urban Jungle Oasis. But once you’re here, you might want to leave your car parked up and just use your bikes to explore. And if you want someone else to do the driving, you can always use Lyft or Uber to avoid the parking congestion at AMP Concerts and events.
