Set on expansive private acreage overlooking Beaver Lake, this spacious and thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and natural beauty. Ideal for families, group getaways, and retreats, the property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces designed for gathering and relaxing.



The primary suite features a king bed and provides a quiet, private escape. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space to unwind. A cozy loft adds flexible sleeping arrangements with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a charming window bed—perfect for kids or extra guests.



The open-concept kitchen and living area serve as the heart of the home, with ample space to cook, dine, and spend time together. Large windows bring in abundant natural light and showcase the surrounding landscape, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout.

Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique door code 48 hours prior to arrival for easy self check-in. Access is through the front door. The garage is not available for guest use.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for your stay, as the property is located in a quiet, rural area near Beaver Lake. The home offers easy access and ample parking on-site for multiple vehicles.



Rideshare services are limited in this area, so having your own transportation will provide the most convenience during your stay.

-While the home overlooks beautiful Beaver Lake, there is no direct lake access from the property. If you're bringing a boat or planning a day on the water, the closest public boat launch is Rocky Branch Boat Ramp, located less than three miles away.
