Rock Point cabin sits high atop the cliff at Shawnee Run in the RRG and features soaring pine wrapped high ceilings, rustic cedar beams, and a gorgeous modern open floor plan. Enjoy the sunrise on the back deck while sipping your favorite coffee and enjoying the tranquility of nature or wind down the day in the hot tub while taking in the amazing rock line views.

The Space:
Location, location, location! Centrally located in the heart of the Gorge! This newly built cabin is a perfect blend of modern luxury coupled with the rustic charm of a Kentucky cabin and every detail of this cabin has been thought out to provide a truly perfect experience. This Luxury cabin boasts an open spacious layout with soaring wood wrapped high ceilings, beautiful exposed cedar beams. Guests will enjoy a large hot tub on the covered back deck overlooking the cliff and rock line views, high speed internet, a large backyard firepit area, a fully stocked kitchen, Blackstone hibachi grill, stone wrapped gas fireplace, and smart TVs in every room. Kids will love the game room in the loft. Great space for a family getaway or a couple’s retreat!

Pets are not allowed at this cabin and no smoking inside the cabin

MAIN AREA:
Upon entering guests will be greeted by an open spacious floor plan featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features high ceilings wrapped with pine wood, exposed cedar beams and a 65-inch smart TV along with a stone wrapped gas fireplace activated with a flip of a switch

BEDROOMS:
This cabin is ideal for 8 guests but will sleep up to 10
-Bedroom 1 - King bedroom downstairs, with ensuite bathroom, memory foam beds. Bed frame has shelf with built in USB charger port, 43-inch smart TV, luggage rack and closet
-Bedroom 2 - King bedroom downstairs, with ensuite bathroom, memory foam beds. Bed frame has shelf with built in USB charger port, 43-inch smart TV, luggage rack and closet
-Bedroom 3 (Loft 1) - Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, memory foam beds, and a 43-inch smart TV.
-Bedroom 4 (Loft 2) - Queen sleeper sofa, half bathroom, and 43-inch smart TV
-Bed 5 is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a memory foam mattress

KITCHEN:
-Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking sheets, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee machine, blender, crock-pot, dinnerware and silverware, toaster, stainless steel appliances, and much more. Due to high volume of guests, things tend to run off. If there is something missing in the kitchen, please reach out to us so we can make your stay a 5-star experience!

GAMEROOM:
-Arcade Pacman game cabinet with 14 built in games
-Foosball LED Table

OUTSIDE:
-Hot tub on the private fully covered back deck
-Blackstone flattop hibachi grill on the covered back deck.
-Large covered back deck with seating and a propane firepit
-Big Horn firepit in backyard- can be used as a charcoal grill or normal wood burning firepit
-Cornhole boards

LAUNDRY:
-We offer full access to our washer and dryer which is inside the cabin

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the whole cabin and property via keypad, off street gravel driveway, and high-speed internet. This cabin is very centrally located to many RRG attractions and is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet but also wants to be close enough to all the fun things the Gorge has to offer! The cabin is accessible by paved and well-maintained gravel roads, 4WD is not required. Shawnee Run is a fairly new development and depending on the time of year there will be some potholes on the gravel roads.

Other Things to Note:
-We do our best to ensure the cabins stay fully stocked. However, due to the high volume of guests, things tend to run off. If there is something missing in the cabin, please reach out to us ASAP so we can make your stay a 5-star experience!
-Cell service is good and the cabin is equipped with high-speed internet
-This cabin is supplied with city water stored in a cistern on site. We monitor levels regularly
-Propane is provided for the Blackstone grill and firepit on the back deck
-Toiletries are provided
-Laundry detergent and starter dishwashing tabs are provided
-Charcoal and firewood are not provided
-Pets are not allowed at this cabin. We will charge fees if this rule is broken sorry
-No smoking allowed inside the cabin
-There is a camera on site pointed to the driveway for security purposes
