  • Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Rogers, Arkansas! This beautiful and spacious property is the perfect base for exploring all the area has to offer, from the vibrant downtown scene to the stunning natural surroundings.

    Our home is designed for comfort and convenience, sleeping up to eight guests with a king bed, two queen beds, and an additional full size rollaway bed. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all the essential cookware and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for your group. Relax in the inviting living area, or step outside to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Feeling nostalgic? Play the included retro arcade games.

    For the adventurous, we've included two bicycles for you to use on the nearby trails or for a quick ride to a local coffee shop. The attached garage provides secure parking and easy ramp access. Everything was clean and well organized and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and Michael was always quick to respond to any questions or comments that I had. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will stay again!

This was one of our favorite rentals! It was spacious, clean, and fun! We all enjoyed the arcade games. The kitchen had everything we needed - and having two bathrooms was a big bonus! The owners responded immediately when we had an issue (somehow we locked ourselves out). Absolutely recommend!

The property was in such an amazing location! Right near the big shopping center. They had this super fun game table that we spent hours playing on. The house is also in a super nice neighborhood! Loved it!

Property was extremely clean which is a big thing for me. Home decor was also very nice. It was so helpful having a washer/dryer and kitchen. We used both things a lot. We would have liked some more things supplied in the kitchen such as Saran Wrap/foil or baggies. Also no spices or condiments in fridge. If u are planning on using the kitchen, make sure to bring/buy your own for the stay. We had issues checking into the property as the screen door was locked so we could not access the front door. It took us an hour of our time to get in contact with the host to let us in thru the garage. That was an inconvenience for us as we had things we were needing to do. We also were a little worried we wouldnt even get in at all and had no where else to go. The place was very quiet and the only thing we heard the entire stay was the trash truck on trash day. You can’t hear a peep from the other side of the duplex and we know it was occupied. The location of rental was in very close proximity to many things you might want to do or places to go. If we were to come back to this area, we would stay here again.

Great place. Super peaceful. place was immaculately clean. we were unaware that it was a duplex because the posting made it seemed like it was a single family home, but it didn't seem to make a difference once we stepped inside. the other side of the duplex was occupied and we could not hear the next door neighbor whatsoever. unfortunately we did have an issue with the code that was given to us to enter the property. it did not seem to unlock the door and we had to wait about 30-40 minutes outside before the host could let us in and give us the correct code. property does include the retro arcade games, Atari, and a touchscreen game table that worked perfectly. host also provided complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and snacks.

Booked this for my wife so she could take care of two grandkids while their mom was in the hospital having another. It was a perfect place for the kids and for my wife. Very clean and comfortable; had all the amenities that you could want (and more). The kids had fun playing the video games. Having a garage to park in was also very nice. Would definitely book this property again!
