When you first enter our home, the first thing you'll notice is our stunning vaulted ceilings and the modern chandelier hanging above our foyer. Directly to the left, you'll see our conversational room with four high-back chairs, a long coffee table, and gorgeous open shelves. Straight ahead, you'll see our main living room with black leather sectional, two cozy chairs, 70-inch Samsung Smart tv and our show-stopping black granite fireplace. Inside the cabinet under the TV, you'll find board games for your use during your stay!



Through the main living space, you'll enter our airy dining room and kitchen. Along the bank of windows to the right, sits our six-top dining table. To the left, you'll see a bar area with three wooden barstools. Our kitchen, which is outfitted with a beautiful white tile backsplash, white countertops, all new appliances, and natural wood accents, is fully equipped for creating your favorite meal, cup of coffee, or even baked goods.



When it's time for bed, choose from one of our four luxury bedrooms.

(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, huge walk-in closet, dresser, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, desk with chair and stunning en suite bath with tiled shower and free-standing tub.

(2) Upstairs, our second King bedroom is complete with a large closet, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, eye-catching 'It Was All a Dream' led lights and nearby bath.

(3) Our third Queen bedroom has a large closet, gorgeous frame wall, plenty of natural light and a nearby bath.

(4) Finally, our fourth bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds, a dresser, desk with computer monitor and office chair and nearby bathroom. We also have an air mattress with linens to sleep an extra guest when needed.



Enter the backyard through the sliding door located in our dining room, and you'll find our large, fully fenced-in yard, four Adirondack chairs and fire pit. This is the perfect space to swap stories around the fire, play a game of catch in the yard, or enjoy an evening beverage.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Since Apollo House is located just minutes from everything Uptown Rogers has to offer, we invite you to catch a concert at the Amp, do a little shopping at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, challenge your friends to a healthy competition of Topgolf, or hop on the extensive Razorback Greenway for a walk, run or bike ride.



Other Things to Note:

★ Per HOA Covenant Rules: Recreation vehicles and equipment, including boats, motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and similar vehicles, cannot be parked or stored in sight of the neighbors or the street.



House Rules Strictly Enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- No parking in the street and or on the lawn. Parking is only available in the garage and driveway only. There will be a $100 fine for parking in the street as it is against POA/HOA regulations.

- Quiet hours after 10PM.

- Dog relief area in backyard. Please always clean up after pets.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
