The space
The apartment consists of a living area, complete with kitchen and dining area, from a sleeping area with double bed and large sofa-bed to a square, locker.
The bathroom is complete with all accessories and a large shower.
Cleaning and linen change at each new entrance or weekly.
The house is surrounded by a garden of trees and flowers.
Unguarded parking adjacent to the entrance.
In the immediate vicinity bus stop for Mantua.

Access and security of guests
Access, with a door equipped with a numerical code, entrance door served by smart card, with which to enable the primary services of the house.
To access the studio you need to go down a large and comfortable staircase.
The access is not suitable for disabled people.

What to do in the surroundings

1. Discover the Mincio river and its Nature Reserve:
Rivalta sul Mincio is located on the banks of the river, right in the heart of the wetland already established as a Nature Reserve and now included in the Natura 2000 network. In Europe, the Reserve is, in fact, counted among the most important, for its beauty and for the plant and animal species that it contains.
To allow you to live it at its best, you can use the cycle path circuit to which Rivalta is connected.
You can also rent and book bicycles (with delivery and pick-up in the structure).
For suggestive excursions in the Mincio Valleys Reserve, canoes and boats are available for hire, with or without driver.


2. Sanctuary in Località Grazie (distance: 3 Km): ancient village on the river and place of Marian worship, thanks to the fourteenth-century Sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie.

3. The city of Mantua, UNESCO World Heritage (distance: 10 km): cradle of the flourishing potentate of the Gonzaga family, the city is reflected with its beautiful palaces in the calm waters of the three lakes.

4. Sabbioneta, the Ideal City of Vespasiano Gonzaga and UNESCO heritage.

5. San Benedetto Po, the city of Matilde di Canossa and the thousand-year-old Benedictine monastery.
